Called in to get an oil changed, and fuel filter replaced, was told get me in Friday, i said OK I have my own oil, and filters, and was told well you can call someone else we like to use our own parts, again this for a simple oil change and fuel filter replacement that would take you all of maybe 30-45 min and bc I had my own stuff, I get it everyone says for liability purposes but if my oil is better then what your offering then whats the problem. Very rude, and unprofessional will never recommend.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon, was instantly greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I needed done and asked if they could squeeze me in; I was given an estimated wait time and was told they'd take care of it. When I expressed concern for an unusual action my car was making I was assured they would take a look and they'd do their best to find the source. After a few moments of waiting I was updated with the information I was looking for. Throughout my time spent in the building, their staff was so kind and professional. Feeding me updates as they came through, giving me quotes of wait time, and an estimate of what the price of parts would be after they needed to be ordered, and setting up another time to come in once said parts arrive. I cannot say enough great things about the team they have here. Super polite, helpful, and professional employees. Highly recommend.

The guys here are very professional and understanding that we aren’t all rich came in for brake pads and rotors and didn’t have all the cash on me and they helped work with a price that fit my budget I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service
