My 3rd car in 15 years purchased here. My last van was a 2014 w/ 35k and I just traded it in at 170570. I won't go anyplace else, if possible. My hubby bought a truck here as well. Instead of Chris, I used Emily like my husband did. No pushing. No hassle. Even went to the auction looking for a pink unicorn drinking in a desert pond (basically something that no longer exists.... Another mini van with my special needs.). No luck. She worked with me to get their price to match what I could afford. In the past, they have always helped with every little issue I had even weeks later. I'm guessing most naysayers didn't try to get help, just complained instead.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Sahara and it came with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. Great customer service.

Wouldn't recommend bought a 2017 jeep from them and had all kinds of issues I've dumped lots of money into it and still am everything that went wrong with it the warranty didn't cover the guy that sold it to me got fired after I bought the car. Bought the car for 15k and dumped a lot of money into it and still am!

First and foremost, the girl's in elmira office are fantastic. Lindsey and Sarah are great, down to earth, very professional, helped us out, explained and offered everything. Answered all questions. Had a great experience and yes bought the truck. They truly are an asset to your company. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! Cars are way overpriced. I bought a car three months ago and I had to have the fuel lines replaced because they were rusted through. ALSO the back support springs were broken on the car in under three months.IT COST ME 752 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! I ONLY GAVE THIS A ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LOWER!

I purchased a 2012 F-150 on April 1st. A few days later I noticed that I only had heat on the driverside , when the AC was used it did not blow cold air on the passenger side only driver side. I called Sara and informed her of the problem. She told me to take it to the local garage that they use , where the problem would be fixed as it was still covered under the 30 day warranty. On the day that I had my appointment to go the the garage , I noticed I was leaking antifreeze. (Wonderful) when I showed up to the garage I asked them if they could check why it was leaking. Come to find out I had a bad head gasket. I called Sara and told her my situation , she was just as surprised as I was. However she informed me that this would be covered under the 30 day warranty and not to worry. I definitely would recommend snell auto for your next vehicle purchase. I'm sure I will be a returning customer when the time comes for another vehicle.

I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through pro's and con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work

I wish I could give this place no stars. I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain with 112,000 miles on it. I bought a warranty I was told was required to be on it, was later told that it wasn't required. The car had a check engine light on the light that the dealership said they'd take care of. They never ended up taking care of it. The engine ended up blowing up in the middle of December during a snow storm. I had to rent another car for a month to get the motor replaced which wasn't covered under the warranty. Found out later that the front brakes were put on incorrectly causing them to wear 4 times faster than normal. I then just found out that they put 1 walmart brand tire on it and 3 other to pass the inspection and I'm now replacing all four tires because it's an AWD vehicle.

Don't get a car here or you engine will s*** the bed.. there Notary service is beyond horrible been over 3 months and they keep messing up the stuff penn dot needs

I will never waste money here again lesson learned. Do yourself a favor stay away from their as is vehicles got a vehicle on Monday the 17th of this month the transmission started acting up the next day not even 24 hrs later over heated yesterday I wonder what is next they need to check vehicles over better before they sell them even if they are sold as is they couldn't even check the transmission fluid to see if it was full

Called snell the lady said the car ran great and had no dents.. drove 2.5 hours to see it when I get there I see a huge dent in door then they tell me the engine has a knock!! A waisted 5hr round trip!!
