All of the documents were lined up on arrival, the guy who coordinated the closing was knowledgeable about the process, and all we had to do basically was sit down and sign away. Having been through more than one of these tedious processes, where unexpected issues can pop up like weeds and destroy your morning, I have to say; it was really good to breeze through it for a change.
