After the worst experience at the Pennington, NJ location, I didn’t have high hopes of resolving a simple problem at this location but thanks to Daniel Robbin’s & his team in Yardley, PA he swiftly helped my daughter & I with an old UTMA account. Mr. Robbin’s understands the ins & outs of banking & we found him to be one of the most competent Chase employees we’ve encountered to date. I personally feel his talents are wasted sitting in an office. Mr. Robbin’s would be better suited & utilized in a Training & Development capacity at Chase!

I had the most unpleasant experience with this branch today and am completely turned off by the people I interacted with and cannot believe that they are employed by Chase. I scheduled a call yesterday to have someone call me to discuss an issue I was having with my small business account. The call was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I was not contacted until 10:08AM at which time I was told that the banker, Peter thought I was calling him. Not sure how this was possible, since it was clear ly stated in the confirmation I received that I would be called. Additionally, there is no direct line to any Chase branch. It connects you to their central line so there would have been no way for me to call me. After explaining my issue, I was told that he could see me for an appointment at 3:30. When I arrived, I was told by multiple people that Peter would be just a few minutes, then another five, then another two minutes, until Peter finally came out and asked me to come back tomorrow. When I told him I couldn't he was met with confusion and did not know how to properly handle the situation. He said he would only be a couple more minutes...I ended up waiting another 10 minutes at which time I decided to get up and leave. No one, including Peter tried to find a different solution to help a Chase customer with their account. As I got up, an employee walked by me and I said to her that I was leaving as this was completely unacceptable. She stared and me and said "I'm sorry" but again offered no alternate solution or course. She watched me leave. I got into the car, frustrated and stunned at what I just experienced. As a working mom, with one day off, I felt that my time was completely disrespected and disregarded not once, but twice in the same day. I advise anyone who is considering using this branch for business to stay away. They are unprofessional, and lacking human decency.

This branch has been exceptional!!! Every person who works there is helpful, friendly, hard working, and knows what they are doing! Thank you to the team for all of your dedication! Dan, the branch manager, really knows how to make you feel at home and like you’re part of the family. Peter and Tammy are amazing personal bankers who will make sure your experience is perfect. And Turquoise will make sure that visiting the branch is the best part of your day!

Peter, the Banker was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. I would recommend him for any small business needs to my colleague small business owners. Also, the branch staff were very professional and helpful. Great team work.

I've been a Chase member for many years and am happy we now have a new one in Yardley because, before this, the next closest was in Pennington, NJ. However, the design of the drive up ATM is TERRIBLE. For anyone who owns a truck, you will have a hard time fitting and likely will hit the curb. On top of that, the drive up ATM does not work most of the time and I have to park and go inside (just as the other review states). I do user experience design (it's not just screens) for a living, and this is a BAD user experience that they need to change. The sad part is, it's brand new and they should have known better.

Hands down the worst bank i have ever banked with. Nothing ends up being what they say. I had a comprised Account. It toke them more then 3 weeks and the end result was to close it out . however not after a lot of trips back and forth to the branch and a ton of phone calls. Why because no one has any idea what is going on.

The branch is a typical Chase branch - newly built in 2023.The drive-through ATM design is terrible - plenty of open space, but for some reason a winding narrow driveway was built for the ATM. I parked close enough to the ATM so I could actually reach without leaning far out the window (same as I usually do). When leaving the ATM the driveway curves in such a way, that it's almost impossible not to hit the curb on the driver side - damaged the rim and the tire. The curb is tall and sharp (for no reason). Utility was sacrificed for presentation (because that is why we go to ATMs).Best to park and use the ATMs in the building.

Bank is "open" but has zero working ATMs. Including both the drive up ATM and the one in the vestibule.
