I am sure this new CVS is fine as a pharmacy, but I find it lacks a professional environment. The lack of carpets or tile on the floor and the presence of the cement floor make me feel like I am in a warehouse store, Home Depot, or something other than a professional pharmacy. I really wish they had installed more professional finishes in the store. At least they covered up the big cement discoloration stain near the front with a display. Though I loved the store in its previous location, I have switched to the Yardley store on Afton, which is less convenient but has a more professional atmosphere. Picky, I know, but I can't convince myself to enter the store even when I am driving right by it, which is often.

Ridiculous. Rx sent for an antibiotic 2 hours ago by my doctor. I show up at 1:25 pm. Not ready yet. They are "days" behind. They close for lunch from 1-30 to 2. But I can come back after lunch. A lunch break at a pharmacy? Days behind? So if you are sick you need to wait "days" to have your prescription filled? Corporate nonsense. I usually shop at my mom and pop pharmacy. Should have known better.

Had a passport photo taken here in June. It was blurry, but the person taking the photo assured me it met all the "correct indicators." I had my doubts and so kept the receipt . . . just in case. Turns out I was right. Three months later, got a letter from the State Department saying my passport application was put on hold because you guessed it -- the photo was unclear and therefore not usable! Had to take time away from a busy schedule to go back to get it retaken and now the passport is even more delayed. I will wait until I finally get the passport to make my plans for a trip to Australia.

I had such an unpleasant experience with the pharmacist here that I want to find a new pharmacy to go to. Full disclosure - I had forgotten my vaccine card. I asked the clerk if it was ok to run home or should I reschedule. I was told I could run and get it. I returned 20min later and received an epic level of attitude from the pharmacist. "I'll get to you whenever I can". I thanked her for fitting me in and got more attitude. "I don't always. Normally people who can't follow instructions- I tell them to reschedule". Truly an awful person. I didn't want to stay another moment in this store and waited in my car the 15 minutes to gauge side effects of my shot.

Brian and his staff were very helpful during a recent visit. I usually just grab what I need and checkout but on a recent visit for passport photos it took a bit longer than usual. The young lady at checkout was extremely competent and able to jugle handling checkout and also take my baby's photo. It was a bit tricky but Brian came to help out as needed and everything was a breeze. They are true professionals especially in this new COVID era

I shop at this CVS very frequently. It is very convenient for me. I live and work just a few miles away. All of the employees there are nice, I've never had an issue with anyone. I don't normally post reviews about places I visit. Just not the type of person I am. But I was in this CVS last Wednesday evening and was checked out by one of the nicest young men I have encountered in a long time. He was extremely helpful and kind. At a time like this,I greatly appreciated his warmness. He seems like a great employee. I think his name was Mark, but he had a space ship tattoo on one of his arms. We need more people like him in this world. And if people actually read this, please spread kindness and love. Do not be rude! If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything!

A Very Bad Embarrassing Expericnce!!! Yes, I agree with the Rob H. review. I've been a customer at CVS for numerous years usually frequenting the Main Stree Yardley location. But, I was working near this location on Mirror Lake, they had just opened, so I decided to do a little shopping. Not having a whole lot of time due to my business work schedule, I like to do a one stop shopping even if its for a few toiletries, milk, first aid, and I even purchased a beach umbrella, there once, which at times can make my life a little easier, especially with kids. After waiting several several several minutes for the customer in front of me to finish their transaction, I approached the register, I put my things on the counter and I pulled out my CC, which turns out to be my husbands, which I found out later he had mine. Any who, I give the card to the Register person with short hair, stumpy and very masculine, she looks at it and says I need identification, I show her my license and (I still can't believe this happened) she proceeds to say it is not me and denies my purchase. In all my years of making purchases at CVS for I have a customer card that is almost 20 yrs old, I have never experienced such behaviors from a register person there. Not wanting to cause a scene, I leave perplexed and embarrassed, I called and made a complaint to the Manager. I have never stepped foot back into that location again!!! Also, after leaving that store I headed to my usual CVS on Main Street, I stopped at the ATM just in case there was an issue there, and there was not. I did use my husbands card. Again, in all these years I have not stepped foot back into that location, and I never ever will!!!!!!

After unexpectedly not receiving photos that I had ordered from another retailer, I had to order some prints for Christmas last minute. By last minute, I mean 6:30pm Christmas Eve. I did the same-day-pickup option online and I received an email literally minutes later that my order was ready to be picked up. I didn't make it to CVS until 8:30pm. I feel terrible for anyone who has to work holidays, and I feel even more terrible being that customer who comes into the store on a holiday. However, both workers that I encountered were very pleasant, very friendly, and very cheerful despite being stuck there late on Christmas Eve. Definitely a thumbs-up for this CVS and it's workers!

It's a CVS. This one is pretty clean. Like most large pharmacies this one needs more help at the register. It always seems like every transaction ahead of you takes way too long.

The one good thing about this particular CVS is that it is very convenient. And that's that. The pharmacy has never had the prescriptions filled by the time they have stated they would be ready. The store workers are far from friendly. If you have the ability to use another store branch, I would suggest doing so.

The entrance to this CVS is a bit hard to find. The folks aren't too friendly. Nothing special inside. Overall, it's aight.
