This CVS PHARMACY is TERRIBLE if you are in severe pain, even with a prescription from your Dr for pain meds!! The girl at counter was nice, however, I was treated like a drug addict by kid on phone and pharmacist. I'm suffering from a large kidney stone, on top of my psoriatic arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and likely anklylosing spondylitis, for which I am immunosuppressed! My day-to-day is very difficult. This all hit me suddenly, 3 years ago. My regular CVS location just recently closed, so I tried the next one closest to me. I was DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! Perhaps cause I'm currently disabled, and the Pharmacist saw I'm on Medicare! It really makes you wonder when you're treated so ignorantly. There is definitely hate behind it, coming from somewhere. I'm regularly prescribed Suboxone for CHRONIC PAIN, SPINE DAMAGED, and when I get kidney stones, pain management fills 1 weeks worth of Percocet to keep me out of ER. I understand Suboxone is mostly used for addiction treatment , but much of the time now, it's being used for long-term chronic pain treatment. That's is why I was put on it by Pain Management @ UCLA. My usual CVS location, which closed, knew this and had been filling these scripts for me for last 4 months, as needed. They were such nice people too! Today, after Dr sent script in to this location, they put in on hold, questioned why I'm on the meds, with an accusatorial tone, with no understanding whatsoever, even though I told them to look at my history. When they refused to be understanding, it was like I was talking to a robot. I even said, so. I was frustrated the way I was being talked to. Then my Dr called this CVS, and was told by head pharmacist at the time, IM NOT FILLING IT, NOPE! My Dr told me, "they don't like you there, for some reason, go to a different Pharmacy!" I was gracious to them at first, with stone trying to pass, but I'm sure the look on my face said everything. This was awful to deal with while suffering in so much pain, after being in ER whole day before. No wonder people get crap off the streets! THATS NOT ME! How dare they treat me like that! I blame the pharmacist in charge! She should not have the job if she DISCRIMINATES! Complaint filed! I hope the next person in my situation is treated differently! I did get a hold of where my regular location moved to. They told me there was no reason for that to of happened, which proves, ITS THE PERSON at this location. Biased!

The photo quality of the machine for passport photos is horrendous. I had a high quality photo, 1 came out pixelated and the other with a red streak not in the original photo.Don’t pay $40 for this garbage, go to a local camera store and get it done correctly.

Dirty, and incompetent staff. I got an injectable medication with no syringe in the bag. They asked me if I wanted a Covid shot or to put my credit card on file but didn't tell me I had vials with no syringes. So I drove home and couldn't take my medication I had to drive back. I asked why didn't you include syringes and they said because you have to buy them and I said why didn't you tell me the bag didn't have any syringes and they gave me syringes for free. First they're idiots and then they say that the fix is free. Sad is one thing but sad with people's medication is dangerous

Pharmacy tech at drive thru was rude. I was a little early for my Covid test and she told me I would have to wait because it was going to take 20 minutes for her to turn on her computer. What year is it?!

Gave this place 1 extra star due to some helpful employees(very few). MANY other employees here are very rude and unprofessional.

I bought a QuickVue Covid test kit from this store in December. It has 2 tests in it. When we opened it today, we found one of the test vials didn't have any fluid in it so was unusable. I went to the store to get a refund/replacement and they told me they couldn't do anything for me - the tests are supposedly sold as-is. When I said that I wasn't told that when I bought it, they said that they couldn't do anything and suggested I call CVS 800 number customer service. After talking to 3 different people, I don't have a valid response from CVS and don't know if they'll do anything. One of their reps suggested I call the manufacturer, which I did. They manurfacturer said they couldn't do anything - that I had to go back to the retailer. What a runaround for a customer that buys all their prescriptions and a lot of over-the-counter items from CVS. Poor, poor customer experience.

Went for covid testing at this CVS on Oxford Valley Road. Filled out all the paperwork in advance online, set up an account, did the drive-thru testing, and waited 2 days only to find out that they lost the sample. How incompetent can you get. Definitely don't go there

Poor quality photo, Blurry. I didn't see it until i already paid for it. The would not let me upload the photo to a zip drive for better transfer quality. For the price, they could have done more. I'll go somewhere else next time. Customer service was adequate. Friendly enough.

The staff in the store and at the counters are great. The reason for the one star, the Pharmacy! They are miserable and rude. There is one Pharmacist that should consider another career. I have been getting my flu shot there for years and she could not enter my name so it could bill to my insurance. I could not understand if I was in the system what she was trying to do and she was so rude to me. It was a joke, so off to Walgreens, nice staff no issues. Someone needs to overhaul that CVS pharmacy!

Most disgusting restroom, I'd advise to stay away from it! I won't go into detail here but it was bad enough to contact cvs.com customer service. Coupon center computer was not working therefore I wasn't able to obtain the coupons that I needed to shop. They didn't have any of the item of the day for extra care members.

The pharmacy clerk was discourteous, of little help, and twice gave me personal info and prescriptions for a different customer because she repeatedly assumed my account without verifying it. The accounts she referenced weren't even close to my name or address, nor was she apologetic. Borderline combative is a better descriptor. I could not resolve the purpose of my call, which was about a random charge by this pharmacy to my bank card, and she said she couldn't help. She also would not update a minor change to my account profile. It felt like she was saying anything to get me to hang up. I've rarely had a less caring or helpful "professional" service. These are blatant breaches of regulatory compliance protocols and poor customer service.

I use CVS all the time. They are great when picking up my scripts. I just don't like how long they put me on hold when I try to call.

This is a nice pharmacy that carries a good amount of products. They have a good pharmacy and clinic, as well as grocery items for sale and beauty care products.

The review is only on pharmacy staff as most of the staff in the rest of the store are very professional and courteous. The pharmacy staff are the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever known. I've been told so many times that my prescription is not covered but when I call the insurance company it magically becomes all covered. Whenever I need a prescription filled I become nauseous with the thought that I have to get it filled and deal with them. Usually about half of the prescriptions I fill have some kind of problem to be resolved before I can fill them. "Insurance won't cover it" or "we don't have it in stock". They told me "we don't have it in stock" and then stared at me silently. I said when will you have it??? She said tomorrow. Uh ok then I guess I will be back tomorrow. I go to Rite Aid even though my insurance doesn't cover it.
