I had a minor surgical procedure performed where lidocaine was used as the anesthetic . At completion of the procedure the doctor informed me that the lidocaine would wear off in approximately 20 minutes and I would likely experience significant pain, but she had already sent a prescription to CVS in Yardley on Taylor Lane. I stopped at this CVS on my way home and explained to the clerk that I had just come from a minor procedure and that my prescription had just recently been sent to CVS. I said to the clerk that I understood how busy the pharmacy is and that my prescription was just recently submitted, but I was hoping that maybe my prescription could be expedited and I could simply wait for the prescription since I would not be able to drive later to pick up the prescription (and I had no one else who could pick up the prescription for me). The clerk said that they may be able to expedite to about a 15 minute wait and turned to ask the pharmacist (Jen Allen) about expediting. Jen Allen had been listening to my situation and before the clerk could even ask said “Do Not Expedite; your prescription will take an hour” with no explanation. I had no choice but to wait. After waiting 40 minutes I went back to the clerk and explained that I was in significant pain and asked if he could find out how much longer my prescription would take to be filled; when he asked Jen Allen she very curtly replied “I’ll get to it when I get to it”. I waited another 20 minutes for my prescription and could barely drive home. I understand that a pharmacist is a tough and demanding job, but I don’t understand how CVS could employ such a disrespectful person to such an important customer-facing role.

I got a text saying my prescription was ready. Showed up five minutes later, I had been shopping at Wegmans. They tell me they’re closed for the hour for lunch. Why bother sending me the text then, or at least let me know that in the text? Or better yet, plan your staff so that somebody is covering during the lunch break like every other business does.

The CVS on Taylor Road in Yardley, deserves high praise. The pharmacy is top notch. Knowledge and professional. Marilyn at check out is always available to help customers. The Beauty Consultant, Donna, is a valuable asset. She is very knowledgeable about cosmetics and on top of the latest and best for the CVS customers who seek her advice. Friendly and professional.

The pharmacy technicians and staff always go out of their way to help me out and are notably very hard-working and dedicated to their patients. I am happy to say that I've never run into a problem with their pharmacy team and have never felt dismissed or unappreciated. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth!!

I went to this CVS location to grab a few items and the self checkout was being weird. I got a notification on the machine that assistance was needed and not even a minute later the cashier, Angelina, was there! I SWEAR SHE IS THE SECOND COMING OF GOD!! If it wasn't for her I would not have gotten my Revlon concealer! I was so thankful for her that I gave her the concealer, a mascara, and even a vitamin water because she was so sweet! I 100% recommend this CVS store because the employees are on top of everything!

Ridiculous. Rx sent for an antibiotic 2 hours ago by my doctor. I show up at 1:25 pm. Not ready yet. They are "days" behind. They close for lunch from 1-30 to 2. But I can come back after lunch. A lunch break at a pharmacy? Days behind? So if you are sick you need to wait "days" to have your prescription filled? Corporate nonsense. I usually shop at my mom and pop pharmacy. Should have known better.

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes with no one getting back to it. Horrible service.
