As others are saying, SHADY. After 6 months or so they will send you an email stating that someone else wants to buy your logo & design--but they "kindly" offer you it first for the low low price of $299. My design, logo and website are unique enough that nobody would be interested in it. A total scam, it is disgusting that your business model is designed to try and fool people who are doing a legitimate business. Shame on you.

Do not use. They won’t leave you alone and will board you with spam trying to squeeze few hundred dollars with a weird story about a client that would like to purchase your logo. Save the headache and avoid.

FREE, then after, 6 year's later they want to sell your logo to the HIGHEST bider!!How do you rate a SCANDALOUS Company, stay away!This is Eric Bishop from DesignMantic. I want to discuss about the ownership of your logo, that you downloaded from our website. There is a client who isinterested in copyrighting the same design symbol. I got contacted by Alexander Thomas who wanted to sell me the Copyright but thank for all the comments I knew already what he was up to. So I redesigned the logo and no copyright issues anymore ?This is really a no go.

Initially had a good experience, used this site to create the logo for my small business. Have been using this logo for 7 years and now I am receiving emails from Eric saying he wants me to pay more money to secure "exclusive rights" to the logo I created and paid for years ago.In his email, he states someone else wants to buy my logo if I don't pay a "discounted" rate of $549.00 he will sell my logo to them. This new fee has been created out of nowhere.This is basically extortion and is a really scummy way to run a company.

I used their website to design a logo in 2014. I paid to download the logo and used it ever since. All of a sudden, 8 years later, Adam from DesignMantic contacted me saying that someone wanted to buy the rights for the logo design symbol, but they would give me the priority, and that I could secure the rights for a discounted price of $397. After a quick search with Google Lens, I concluded that tens of other organizations and websites used that same logo design. When I explained Adam that it didn't make sense to buy the rights for something that had been used by so many already, he offered to make changes to the design to render it unique. In other words, he was now trying to sell me another product. I declined and asked him to let me when somebody had purchased the right, and I would stop using it. I haven't heard from him yet. You can draw your own conclusions, but I find this company's tactics shady to say the least.

Jon is awesome. I selected a logo quite sometime ago and no longer use it and totally forgot about it. It was great of Jon to reach out to give me an opportunity to own the logo. Normally, some companies doesn't even do that. I highly recommend them! Thanks so much Jon!!!

I had the great pleasure of working with Adam and his team with DesignMantic. I will say we used all of our allowed revisions and actually then some. We are beginning a new business and it took more time than I'm sure most do with creating our logo as well as our business cards. Adam was easy to work with and their platform is great. I will definitely recommend their company as well as I will be returning when we are ready to create our social logos. Thanks Adam. --- Dave & Mercedes

Very satisfied - They captured our essenceWe all loved the job they did on our logo.They even added a new perspective to it that captured more of the essence after we explained what we needed.Also, Design Mantic's quick web logo options are really good and also on point. I recommend you start from there and save it in your cart to give them the option to take it for customization.Thank you very much!
