The ladies at this location are amazing! I took both my boys 10 and 9 Years of age for their first blood draw. The ladies were friendly and quick! Total 20 mins in and out for myself and the boys. Great experience!

Extremely rude staff! I took my grandmother in to drop a sample off and the way 2 of the young ladies spoke to her was absolutely uncalled for. One of the girls was at the front desk/window and the other was a “nurse”..
My grandmother touched the lady on the shoulder (like a lot of older people do) the lady then said “don’t touch me”….
Then witnessed the girl behind the front desk throw a cup…. After I confronted them about the way they treated a patient the one replied “she’s having a bad day”. I don’t care!!!! You don’t treat people disrespectful because of the day you’re having. Disgusting. We will never be back here.

I had a great experience. My phlebotomist was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and great at her job. I was a walk-in, and I got in and out within 15 min.

I had a good experience coming here for the first time. I was in and out pretty quickly. My phlebotomist Sonya was very friendly and professional. It's not the closest Labcorp location but I will try to schedule here again in the future.

I had my blood work done today at this location !! It was busy there . Location was short staff . However Leigh- Ann tech alone handling every single person with a professional and friendly attitude moving things quick and fast !! Great experience!!

Alyssa had me at Hello! She is a consummate professional, plus so friendly and lovely and ready to help in every way. Even though it was close to closing for the the day, it seemed as though I was her first client, even though she had been at the job since 7 AM. Firstly, she helped me with the kiosk, and then she drew my blood with painless efficiency. I will not forget her…it was just a wonderful experience!

I'm extremely upset with the experience I just had. I notified my technician before starting that I am prone to feeling faint with fasting bloodwork, and asked if we could have a cup of juice on standby (they'd done that for me before here) and she gave me the blankest stare and said they didn't do that (they do/have). Then, as soon as we began, I could tell she pricked me wrong, as I felt the needle the entire time, BUT assumed it was working because a good 30 seconds went by without her saying anything. In fact, the only thing she did say was "almost done!" Shortly after that, though, she said, "Why are you bleeding so much?" Which would send ANYONE into a panic, let alone someone prone to passing out. I tried to make a joke and say, "I don't know, but you're freaking me out, " to which she immediately took offense and started lecturing me about how she needed to know if I was on blood thinners (I'm not) and then told me we should just stop without continuing to try on my other arm because I was "too worked up." She said I should go to another lab next time that offers the ability to lie down in case of faintness, or juice. This particular branch had done both for me previously, and not very long ago. She was just extraordinarily unhelpful, not friendly, not comforting in the slightest. She also clearly wasn't good at her job if she can't even get a needle inserted correctly. Will not be returning.

Service extremely unpleasant at desk! Young girl with glasses and pony tail was extremely rude. She was basically yelling across the room at me. I used this lab A LOT because of a woman named Joanne but will never be back due to this woman's behavior this morning!

I took my 2 year old for blood work, Tina was so amazing and quick! It took us no more than 10 minutes from the point we got in and left. The staff was very professional, welcoming, patient and caring! I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!
