Used to work here and it was awful. All of the entitled “upper” bucks customers who wanted their meds to be filled before anyone else. The area where they all pretend to be rich when on reality they’re poor AF. We had the illegal 10 minute break. Only one. Which is a violation of the labor law. These customers think that I could just waive a magic wand and make their medicine appear in a neatly wrapped bow on command. Newsflash it doesn’t work that way harpies. I bet more than half of you wouldn’t be bellying about your entitlement to have your drugs before everyone else’s if you were placed in our shoes and have to deal with someone such as your miserable and ingrate selves. I can’t even begin to explain how many people pretending to be acting like they’re hi in mighty threatening to report us and get us fired because they didn’t get their narcs on time or at all. A lot of them also trying to pass off, fake ADHD and opioids scripts. Really? With all of that Yardley money???! it also makes no sense why there are two Rite Aid’s in the same parking lot in an area that is definitely and no way whatsoever affluent. In conclusion, stop being a whiny entitled brat and wait your turn like everyone else you are not more special than any of the other customers so wait your turn and sit down.

Just thought the woman with the grey/dk. Grey hair all braided on top of her head was rude, difficult to understand her English was not good... I'm sorry. But I attempted to purchase something and she was arguing over 80cents. Everything was 70% off , so I laughed and tried to make her laugh and she became nasty.
I mean she was very rude. I made her angry over 80cents. She didn't want to leave her post.
But I haven't ever really felt like the cashier's have gone out of their way to be nice to you here.
CVS, they know me and my kids names. I enjoy the employees. Rite Aid can keep their employees. I won't be returning.
Completed my purchase and left.
No good bye. Have a nice day.

The Rite Aid on the other side of the shopping center had a nice Rx staff, this location is awful. They staff do not seem to care and there is nothing left to motivate them. The entire store should be shut down and turned in to something else.

Excellent pharmacists. Take time to explain and navigate through the complex payment systems.

This is my favorite pharmacy by far. The pharmacist and techs are friendly and helpful. For a while, one of the greedy healthcare insurance companies I had in one of my jobs insisted that I go only to CVS. But I hate CVS -- too crowded, too much red tape, no personal touch. I was so happy when I got a new (also greedy -- they ALL are) insurance company that allowed me to use this Rite Aid again.

The pharmacists and the pharmacy staff are excellent. They have helped me in several ways over the years and are always courteous, professional, and resourceful.

There's this handsome employee☺️ named Tommy and he is? phenomenal. His customer service is remarkable , he always greets me and says goodbye when I'm walking out of the door. He's a magnificent worker, always ready to help. Rite Aid is so lucky to have such a marvelous valuable shift manager and he definitely didn't write this review.? I'm a different Tommy ??

While this Rite Aid lacks some of the vitamin supplements once carried by the chain, they do a good job picking up the vaccination service for Covid, flu, Shingles and other widely prescribed and recommended medical care. Appointments are required, but easily obtained through their website. All you need to provide is name and address, health insurance information (if insured) and knowledge of the shots you want. Scheduling is handled directly on that site, with location convenient to you offered as alternatives. Once selected, the available dates/times are shown and you click the best for your needs. Mine was made for the following week. Upon arrival, I checked in with the pharmacy, showed my photo ID, vaccination history card and health insurance information, answered a few questions about Covid symptoms or exposure and took a seat. Within minutes, a pharmacist approached, introduced herself, and took me to a small private room where the injections were quickly given. I had two that day. Bandaids were applied to protect the tiny wound and I was out the door. No significant side effects that evening nor the next day, except for minor discomfort at the injection site. No fuss. No muss. My only suggestion would be that they make an effort to make that room more comfortable, because it appeared they were still using it for storage in addition to seeing patients.

Rite Aid gives valuable discounts to all Wellness members. Unlike other pharmacies, this discount is immediate at purchase time without having to deal with a mile of register receipt coupons to get a discount later on. This Rite Aid store is pretty much like all the others. Clean, neat, well-stocked, and pharmacists who work later evening hours. Rapid home Covid tests are difficult to find so it's best to call ahead or look online to check stock.

Expired vitamins, expired food, expired drinks, make you ring some dirty bell to dog whistle the cashier - no wonder the place is always dead empty. Last time I ever step foot in Wrong Aid!

Shop is ok but the employees were arguing behind the counter at the pharmacy and it felt like they were pretty stressed out.

Great service. Dave was wonderful. My doc messed up with prescriptions and Dave got me straight and squared away. All the while he was calm and kind.
