“I just got off from work and was trying to get into the gate. My code was not working and I was about to leave when I saw someone come out of the building ready to go home for the day. He saw that I was having trouble and immediately took action by reopening the building, turning on the system, and check what the issue was. He insured that the problem was resolved and showed the upmost professionalism, care, and commitment befitting of his leadership title. I spoke to Eric who immediately checked how long we have used Public Storage and he called to see if his home office would waive the fee,which they did. “I didn't like where my unit was. I went in alone 98% of the time and my unit was in middle of building. I felt unsafe.It also got too expensive and I couldn't afford it anymore. Other then that,it was ok and I really liked the 2 people that worked there”
