My overnight envelope was accepted (roughly 4:45pm) even after the UPS driver picked up packages for that day without mentioning that USP driver has picked up everything already. They were closing documents and it did not reach on time. Came back next day, asked my UPS overnight envelope back & delivered personally to the UPS store.

Ship and Print customer service is excellent. Jenny has a lot of patience, tremendous knowledge and experience, an exceptional customer service. Kyle is super amazing, he is a people-pleaser, super professional and Denny is simply awesome. They work with you until you are pleased and satisfied with what you are looking for. I came in my family to finish up my graphic design for a program and they assisted all the way to fix all errors with a huge smile on their faces. My kids were all over the store but Jenny and Denny were super friendly with my kids. I highly recommend them to any entity out there. Kudos to Jenny, Kyle and Denny! Keep up the amazing and excellent job!
