Not helpful at all. When a location in another state told me to come to a local bank to fill out forms, the staff at this location had no idea what to do.

Poor customer service. Drive thru teller refused deposit, lied about branch closings, defended corporate policies and blamed everything on COVID.

The lobby is closed and only 2 drive up windows are open. The line of cars is almost out to the street. If it takes under a half hour to complete this deposit I’ll be lucky. This isn’t a COVID thing; it’s a poor customer service thing.
