My stay here at Providence Rehab Health Center has been a 4 out of 5 experience. The administrative staff here been on point. Especially "Sabria Stewart and from nursing " Bill McKernan, Markisha Owens, Natasha Hamilton, Ladora Raid" are excellent. The Pt and Ot staff were very professional and helpful. They helped me get my endurance and strength back and ready for home. The nursing staff have done their best. They're over whelmed with their responsibilities and need more support/help to exercise their duties and care.Your organization should be proud of the job you are doing and have done. With the Lord's help, you'll continue to exist and provide excellent care.Thank you all!

The overall kindness, personal respect and interaction on the part of the staff was excellent! There is no such thing as a perfect organization...and there were a couple "issues". This does not outshine the overall. Great Staff!!!

Providence is clean, modern, bright and somehow you see smiling faces everywhere— staff and residents alike. My sister is in long-term nursing care, and I’ve been especially impressed with how gently and closely the nurses and aids listen when she speaks . It’s clear the residents are well cared for—each one is greeted by name with a smile. My sister says the food is good. The daily activities are more lively fun than I have seen elsewhere. I actually wanted to join the games! The physical, occupational and speech therapy are wonderful . my sister‘s speech – – she had a stroke some years ago – – has already improved. You can see that the whole culture of the place, leading all the way up to the very top, it’s all about caring. .The place where my sister stayed before was careless to the wellbeing and comfort of residents . . It’s like night and day. If you have the chance to send a loved one to lProvidence, by all means do it.

This place deserves 0 stars. The quality of care that my parent received in the short term rehab is deplorable. If your love one is unable care for themselves, this is not the place to go. They don’t care for the patients. I am so disappointed with this facility. It’s clean and a showcase but the staff needs to be trained on patient centered care. Please treat the patient like they are your own family member!

My father was sent here for care and rehabilitation and was treated poorly. I do not recommend this place if your family member needs close care. The CNAs and other care providers are not attentive. They do not respond when patients use the call bell. My father wears dentures and needed assistance with getting a clean cup of water and toothpaste on the brush and nobody ever helped him with this on a daily basis. They put patients in diapers even if they do not usually wear diapers (at home) for convenience and then ignore them. The care providers do not clean the patients or change the diapers on a regular basis. They also would have several excuses when confronted about the treatment. This place needs to be investigated for Elder Abuse. The only good thing about this place is that it is clean. It is evident that they have patients here for the insurance compensation. Not to mention, the rehab services are poor and they have a limited scope of actually helping patients recover from their ailments.

Providence has a great team that makes each patient feel comfortable during their short or long term stay. My dad came in the facility and was met by Sabria. Sabria goes out of her way to ensure that the patients at the facility have everything they need.LaLa is my dad’s favorite nurse because she laughs and jokes with him when ever she walks in and gives meds or attended to his wound.Amira is awesome. She gave me the information needed to file a grievance to extend my dad’s stay at Providence for more intensive PR/OT.Melanie is an Awesome PT. She gave my dad a true work out during his session. That is one of the reasons why my mom and I chose to have him stay a little longer to get the same PT INTENSIVE PT.Danny is wonderful at making sure that whatever a family member concerns are, he stops what he’s doing and addresses the issue right away. The Director of nursing is awesome because he was about to have a meeting with staff members in his office and I knocked on the door and I quickly asked him a question about my dad’s care. That meant the world to me and showed that he as well as the facility puts patient care and family concerns first.Ketera (I hope I spelled her name right) is great because she stopped what she was doing to help figure out my dad’s transportation for his emergency appointment.Rhonda is great and always has a smile on her face whenever she is distributing meds or given patients what they ask for.Rodney is awesome as well. He may not have had much interaction with my dad, but bringing my dad his meals and saying hi meant alot to my dad. He didn’t just bring food, he brought his personality and care into the room. And finally…..Ms. Sandy. Ms. Sandy is the epitome of customer service. She always has a pleasant attitude and is meticulous about policies and procedures being followed to the T. She is a pleasant person that has a welcoming attitude for patients coming in and out.

Sabria Stewart, is the best thing that ever happen for Providence. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would of made it this far. She gave me strength and love, and supported me when I was down and out. I wish others were just as compassionate as her. "No" was never an answer that she gave. She the one person that I could count on. My family adores her. Thank GOD for Sabria. Shes what's this faculty needs. I wish her well and will miss her and Dayonnna Armstrong, Deirdre Atkinson. They were all my "sugar lump, sweet hearts and darling".

Providence is a very well run and state of the art facility that provides a comprehensive approach to patient care and rehabilitation. The facility provides nursing care, wound care, services, rehabilitation services as well as activities for the residents.. The staff are very warm and personable and go the extra mile to provide excellent care. There’s no shortage of success stories and positive outcomes.

11/26/22Erica Moss, NHA is very committed to her word and serving others. The Front Desk at the main entrance receptionists are very helpful and pleasant (Sandy and others). I want to point out that Erica Moss reserved the large dining room for our family on Thanksgiving Day, I received a phone call from the receptionist giving me instructions regarding the dining room; location and what to do once we got there, because no one would be at the reception desk at the time of our arrival. When my husband and I arrived, it was a sign placed on the dining room door- reserved for my Mother and inside the dining room was seasonally decorated and clean. I even brought my own table cloth, but it was no need for it. I had to take pictures, because it was so nicely decorated- I can appreciate it, because besides being a Health & Safety Specialist, I decorate my place of work (a fun hobby of mine :-)).Erica Moss, thank you for suggesting to bring the food to Mom, because of your concern for her health and welfare.May many blessings be upon you and your family, today and always. Warm regards, Naydeen
