I will say one thing when they tell you it takes 7 days for your card to come in the mail don’t believe them I’m working on week two of not having my card and they keep telling me to just wait it will come and won’t just cancel that one an order an new one for me. I called the yeadon location to find out what’s going on with my card because I’ve been told multiple times that it should be here to just wait and won’t give a date when it should be here they also told me that I would get it in 10 days well it’s been 2 weeks and the lady kept giving me a nasty attitude and refused to help me an hung up on me causing me to have to contact yet another location to get the same result they can’t tell me when I’m actually getting my card and refusing to order a new one I am to the point I’m about to withdraw all the money I put in there an go some where else this is sad an pathetic

Ms Duke went above and beyond helping us straighten out my ex-husbands account. It’s so refreshing to see customer service being so friendly and helpful.

I have used this branch over 20 years. Despite the changes in faces, I have experienced good Customer Service. Today was no exception. The Representatives were patient. kind and worked with us to find solutions after our Business account had fraudulent activity.

I've had no complaints since I've had joined this bank branch. Their very helpful, friendly, and fast. I was having an issue and the manager of this branch Denise, made it her duty to see that all of my issues were resolved. I greatly appreciate her for that! Thanks so much for being a great asset to the bank!
