“Outstanding service!!! I had taken my Jeep another shop one of those fancy looking places. They gave a $3200 est for work not needed. I insisted they only repair what I wanted fixed long story short they completed the repair handed me a $1489 bill and my Jeep was worst. I schedule my Jeep with Joe at Yoe Service center they corrected the problem caused by the other shop inspected it kept me informed of their findings plus cost and finished earlier than planned. I recommend Yoe Service Center they may not be the fanciest shop but they do great job at good price !!!!!”

They took the time to really get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for. Steven let me test drive multiple models until I fully nailed down what I wanted, and when they didn’t have the exact vehicle in stock, they went above and beyond, searching for over a month to find the perfect match for me.
The entire process was honest, transparent, and completely stress-free. I never once felt pressured, and communication throughout was excellent. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle when waiting for a part to arrive, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
When I came to pick up my car, they truly made it special with flowers, chocolates, a keychain and a bow on the car (my request, tis the season). The details that made the experience unforgettable. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. “Came for an oil change apparently when everyone else in the area decided to. They let me know the wait time which stated was 20 mins. Ended up waiting closer to 40. Workers being yelled at by customers but they kept their cool. My number was finally called and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable staff. Be patient if there are others there as they can only move as fast as the oil flows.”
