“The office administrator is very sweet, fair, and great at communicating with her clients. The prices are fair and auto pay makes for a very simple payment process. I only took away one star because one of my units had a little moisture problem. This is to be expected since we had such a wet spring in our area. In the future I would just add a box of baking soda to the unit or one of those damp-rid buckets from the hardware store.”

“Excellent from start to finish. Moving our elderly parents from PA to Richmond, VA was no easy task. But Josh, Celia, Travis and crew were there every step of the way. Celia answered all my questions and coordinated with the new community. Josh was feeling uncertain about one aspect of our move that was not his responsibility. Yet, he took it upon himself to resolve the concern to guarantee everything arrived at the new residence. Travis and team were on time everyday, communicated well if uncertain about where an item may go and packed everything with great care. My Mom has lots and lots of books. With her dementia, it was important that we put her books back the way they were originally showcased. The team packed them by shelf, labelling every box with what bookcase and which shelf they went on. Made my Mom super happy. They were professional and kind in helping my sister and I move our elderly disabled parents. We could not have asked for better care or a better company. They had moved my grandmother 20 years ago. The company is still exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free move.”
