Have been using this 711 for 3 years and everything was fine up until tonight when the 2 new younger staff (Big Heavyset guy with glasses and little girl with light brown hair) accused my 3 year old son of stealing a bag of candy so I took the candy from my son and held it up to them the SAME bag I brought from Dollar General 5 minutes before coming to this store and told them it doesn’t belong to them like I told them the first time and instead of them jus apologizing and letting the night go on they wanted to get smart after I was already offended told me to not come back to the store and said they where calling the cops none of that matters to me bc turkey hill and sheetz is no problem to me but my biggest problem is I come in that store every other day and never had a problem until those too got hired.
NOT A PROBLEM I WONT BE GOING BACK

The new owners keep food in the hot container all day, the chicken sits so long that it falls out the paper boats, they put zip ties on the bread and change the on it with stickers, leaves expired food to get bought

I love cookies from 711 but I don’t understand for the life of me why so many locations including this one have stale hard cookies it’s not hard to make them softer. Also I find it quite weird that in a professional environment at a neutral convenience store that is known worldwide is blasting Indian music.

Was just in the 7-11 and the employees were cussing one another out. I had my kids along with 2 other kids in the store. Screaming back and forth. Won’t be back!!

I just recently started going to this location as it’s closer to my son‘s house. I preferably go to the one on Mount Rose. However, this location on North and Sherman is absolutely disgusting. They have trash everywhere. Food particles everywhere. Nothing is ever clean. I’ve gone a couple of times specifically This week alone and have found the same trash or same splash of ketchup in the exact same spot throughout the week it smells they’re always on their phone or just don’t even smile and greet you. Terrible customer service lady in there was talking about something about her gun, which is very unappropriate it’s just , horrible sadly this really needs to be up to code
