This is a well-maintained storage facility with competitive rates that remain consistent—unlike many others in the area that tend to increase over time. One of the standout features is the lack of access time restrictions, which adds a great deal of convenience. My overall experience using the facility has been very positive.

For a business they are very rude and nasty and almost lock me out and didn’t even personal talk to me they change my lock before I can even think & there gate is not secured and to be honest anyone can just walk in there and steal your stuff I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone they are horrible

I'm sorry to have to give a one star, but this place is COMPLETELY utterly infested with mice. Like, hundreds or thousands. I've had storage units for my business and personal stuff for 10 years at numerous facilities and never have seen anythinglike this. I have 2 units and a trailer spot here, and up till now liked it. Liked the 24 hour access, facility is ok, etc. In the past 10 months, the mice have fully infested the place. I do NOT store any food or such in my units, yet my unit 117 has been so overrun with mice, it likely could be condemned by the health department. I've lost thousands of dollars in inventory due to then chewing up EVERYTHING. There is so much poop and pee that the entire floor and all my shelves are covered in it. It smells horrific. Not of dead mice, but of their excrement and pee and dander.I have called 3 times over the past 10 months and complained, and they've done nothing. First, there is a hoarder or two in my block. Second, I offered to meet someone there or leave my unit door open so they could see and do something....I was told to not leave it open and both times, a manager would call back. Neither time did anyone call back.I was away most of the summer and upon return, it was a war zone. Most of my inventory is ruined. So much poop I had to literally sweep it out. I am furious!! I've killed 15 mice up to today, and I had it.... I bought 10 traps and a bunch of glue traps. Within 1 hour, I killed/caught 8 mice just today alone, in one unit. I'll attach a photo. This was only One. Hour.My other unit in the other building isn't as bad but I saw 2 today and put traps there too. Starting to smell.They have outside rat traps which do nothing. Because no one is on-site, problem tenants and issues creep up and go unaddressed. I'm sad to have to leave this review, but have to. I've lost tons of money, almost threw up, and I pay almost $500 a month for it all. Oh, they've raised rates during this all too.

Even if you pay your bill they will come up with a reason to cut your lock and enter your storage excuse was mice 7 years i rented my storage unit there reason for kicking me out is white powder on the floor i run a snow and ice business

Secure and easy to get to your storage units. Facility is surrounded by a metal fence and you need a code to get in.

Been with the place for a couple of months. The initial person I spoke with was very mean. I spoke with him recently again and his tone had changed. He was very much more respectful over the phone.This place over all is pretty decent other than the initial convo on the phone, I haven't had any disrespectful run ins.There was a glitch at the beginning with getting in the gate, other than that, this place is a pretty secure place.I'll change the 1 star to 4 only because of how I was treated at first. *Edit to add- as soon as I posted this review, my rent increased $20!! Super shady business!!Horrible customer service!! I enrolled in autopay when I first got my unit and yet got a call last month saying that I'm not enrolled and now owe a late fee. Was hung up on by a "Jaylee" when I called to pay my bill and see what the issue was with autopay. She insisted I wasn't enrolled on autopay and had no card on file... Even though thats how I've payed my bill for the past year. Until she actually looked and the payment was processed instantly. Very unprofessional!!
