The "main cashier" (aka ONLY cashier) was not at the register because they are required to do 10 other jobs while being main cashier that include overriding and trouble-shooting 5-6 self check outs. A couple was standing there, reluctant to put their items on the belt due to the lack of cashier. Meanwhile, all the self check outs are full, and 2 out of the 5 or so are dinging with a red light going off because of the main cashier not being there to override the self check outs...
A supervisor, Gina, walks by and looks at the chaos and condescends the couple stranding near the only register that's open by saying rather rudely, "Um you CAN put your stuff on the belt. " She could have explained to them nicely that they could unload their cart and that the cashier would be back when she was done doing her 10 other duties.
This place talks itself up as superior to the chain grocery stores, but all they really do is get by with a skeleton crew.
Produce is notorious for having a much shorter life than that bought at other grocery stores. Good for a few items, but not a substitution for a grocery store experience.

I’ve been shopping at the west end store for years and never had issues like I do here. This location has the absolute worst customer service. If you place an order they ignore you and just refund a ton of stuff. The staff has terrible attitudes and it makes shopping there feel like you’re inconveniencing them. The produce is also hit or miss all the time. It’s overall not a good experience and there is no way to report them or hold them accountable. Leaving a bad review is about all you can do.

I find the food isn’t that fresh as this location. Ordered a pick up order twice and my salmon was rancid. And my fruit items weren’t nearly spoiled. Don’t know if that was the best selection that shooper had. But when I reviewed my curbside order, I had to return in store the next day to return my spoiled items. Wasn’t happy

Produce is excellent and at a good price. Love the bread and bagels as well. Casa Mamita salsa and quest dip is delicious and affordsblr.

Once again store was picked over; many items out of stock. The prices starting to climb, also noticed my wife's favorite beer battered fish has fallen to shrink flatiron, now only 13oz pkg. 4 stars because of good quality.
