American Colloid Co. is noted for its very friendly people. The location is tricky to find and navigate, especially for large vehicles. Directions advise turning onto Roosevelt from 30W, following the road around to the train tracks, and parking in the gravel lot by the brick building. The turns are tight and backing into the docks requires caution, sometimes a spotter, and care to avoid railroad equipment. Drivers should park on the gravel, have a clean trailer before checking in, and then back into their assigned door. Loading typically takes 30 minutes to an hour.

Hwy 30 Roosevelt ave go south then Park st right big parking lot an the end of the street. Overnight parking for many trucks. Open at 7 00am for pickup for delivery even earlier. I delivered at 6 00am full load for 25 minutes.
