The general manager. Mr. McLaughlin was wonderful. He really helped me out with my grandson glasses. The whole staff was very professional. I had a wonderful experience. And this is where I will be getting my glasses for my grandkids and myself. ? thank you Mrs.Burnett ?

I booked an appointment months ago , they called me to reschedule it, never told why. Got new appt. They called to reschedule again, advised my glasses were broken and they still wanted to reschedule again!! I had enough and told them to forget it!

The website and reviews from customers both say walk ins welcome. I was told we do not do that, you have to have an appointment.Frustrated.

They messed up my prescription so I bought two pairs of glasses for no reason. The same happened with my parent, but instead of a refund, they gave her a second pair for free. They were understanding about the mistake and did their best to help us.

On 2/10/24 I was picking up trial contacts. I was supposed to have scheduled a time to be taught to put them in, but forgot. Thankfully, Tajira was kind enough to help me with it anyway, despite being understaffed. She was very pleasant and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I was able to get the contacts in and out easily with her guidance. Just when I left however, I lost one of the contacts. But Tajira resolved the issue very quickly by finding a replacement contact. Again, she was very kind and made me feel welcome despite the mistakes I made. I'm very happy to be serviced by such a kind and charismatic individual. Hopefully I will see her again when I get my prescription finalized!

Customer service and comprehending customer needs are not their greatest strengths. They willInconvenience you when all you are asking is there availability in products such as contact lens availability. They need to train the staff to be able to handle all services instead of one person only knows one thing. It’s very frustrating

I had to get my glasses repaired recently, I was there three times over the last couple of weeks, the front desk woman has been very kind and accommodating. She took her time to fit my glasses to my face and managed a room full of people with, care and diligence.

I have been going here for years. There has always been a lot of turnover but the team was always pleasant. In November of this year I went in and had a bad experience. Sure there is always a wait but when you get to the optician things should move faster. I got Jen and had the worst experience since I have been going. She was so negative from start to finish about the people she works with and the manager. For over an hour I had to listen to the complaining just to get checked out by her. It was so bad that when I went in today to finally order my glasses I made sure that they would not put me with her. If you are that unhappy with your job you should leave and not make it miserable for your coworkers and the customers. I seriously hope something changes there soon or they will lose me and many more customers. On the bright side, the receptionist was fantastic and friendly as well as the manager and doctor.

Was just in the optometrist was very rude. Talking about rude customers because my partner was asking the people at the desk questions. I waited 50 minutes and she decided to eat at her desk after she was done with the other customer. Did not acknowledge me at all. She was very unprofessional. Will not be back

We will not EVER be using services here. I have had 3 appointments scheduled for them ALL to be cancelled by them less than 2 hours before the appointment start time for technical difficulties. I'm sorry that is absolutely unacceptable! Quit being lazy and put doctors back on staff in center if your technology continues to prove itself inferior. If I could give zero Stars I would! Incompetent at its finest.JUST A FRIENDLY FYI I ENDED UP GETTING A NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT AT LENSCRAFTERS YORK MALL..... WITH AN ACTUAL IN PERSON APPOINTMENT!!!

THE ENERGY OF THIS LOCATION HAS IMPROVED OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS AND IS STILL BELOW SATISFYING. PRIMARILY, IT'S THE JEN CHICK WHO WORKS THERE. SHE HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND TONE WHEN TALKING TO PEOPLE. IF AMERICA'S BEST IS NOT CAREFUL THEY WILL FACE A DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT BECAUSE OF HER. She thinks she's great at covering up her racism, but she's not! The five star reviews must be from family and friends because there is no way for one business to be this bipolar unless, it's just as I've already stated... racism.

Highly unsatisfied with this place. We ordered my daughters replacement glasses 10/11/23. I called 10/24/23 because I had heard nothing. Was told they were shipped 10/17/23 and would arrive soon. Waited until 11/3/23 went into this location to find out about the glasses and tried to explain I was told they were shipped 10/17/23. And was odd that they still have yet to arrive. They did get a shipment that was waiting to be unboxed and I was told there was a "manifest" so more than likely in the shipment. I would recieve a call letting me know. I was satisfied with this as ive worked with deliveries before and understand it takes time to go through them and get them sorted. No biggie. Although while i was there and have been previously there is one worker who is quite unfriendly and a little brash.... A elderly lady simply asked why she had recieved 15 text messages stating they were ready for her 11:15 appointment and it was now right around noon...that if she knew she wouldn't be seen at 11:15 for whatever reason (even though she recived the text stating they were ready for her appointmnet) she would have waited and came a little later. This worker rudely stated thats the technology and you have to be here at the time you schedule so you can be seen... which duh obviously bit lady its 45 mins AFTER her scheduled appointment... this is not the only time ive seen her bee rude to customers. This same day the customer she was assisting with glasses asked how long for glasses to come in i assume because they heard my dilemma and she stated "I said they come in about 2 weeks" again rudely...at no time was a customer rude with her though. Moving on...I did receive a call that day at 6:30pm stating they still have not come in... It's now Monday the 6th of November almost 1 month since I placed the order. I call in to get more information about what is going on I ask for a number to call and see what is going on.... I'm put on hold for about 15 mins and someone comes back on stating that they were in a lost shipment... I asked well what's being done and when can I expect to have my daughters glasses... I'm told that "she" has to replace the order and that once she does it will be about 2 weeks.... I asked when this order will be sent back in and I'm told when she gets around to it.... Are you serious right now... my daughter has been without her glasses for a month now and we have to wait at least 2 more weeks depending on when she decides she wants to take the time to do it... unbelievable...

Nice people, for the most part, but very poor product. They advertise a cheap price, but that's not entirely true. Certainly wasn't for me. Almost $400 for one pair of cheap glasses, with no added features and no glasses case. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

I Actually don’t believe this is Americas best, I scheduled an appointment witch topically goes for 30-45 mins though i found myself waiting for 1hour then finally being called then picked out my glasses witch took another 15 min then waited an additional hour for someone to checkout. yes it’s been passed there deadline of expected delivery aswell yet still no new glasses on my face. this company need to say a time and stick with it. appointment at 10 left at 12.45 still no glasses. down -300$ and time i could of been at work.
