Was there 3 weeks ago on Queen St at the self serve wash and wasted 5.00 as no soap was coming out. I tried looking for a phone number to call and actually talk to someone, but no phone number to be found anywhere. I went on web site and did a chat with someone and told me they were not available to come to the car wash while I was there. I asked for a refund. Gave my name and address to mail check to as I do not have venmo or any other cash app. To this day I'm still waiting on my refund. I do not recommend this car wash. Very poor customer service. You want to own a business you at least need to be available to make things right!

Don’t bother using this location - I was told to move my truck out of the self wash area I was using by a woman who said you can’t detail here - I wasn’t even done putting my bed liner or my foot mats back in when she approached me. NOPE ?
I wasn’t detailing lady !!!! You just lost a customer and many more !!!!

I got the 15 automatic car was this morning, TERRIBLE!!!! Everything that was on my car Before ,,, was On After.
I had to go In the hand wash bay and spend another 8$ in 38° weather. Outdoing the point of going through the automatic. I typically don't complain about ANYTHING. But , this was a complete waste of money. I will drive across town to the Apple carwash and spend an extra 5bucks ,

I'm a little confused by the negative reviews here. This is my favorite self-service car wash in York county. The detergents, waxes, spot free rinse, etc are always full, and the nozzles have great pressure. The same can't be said for many other car washes. I take my time washing my car, but it's always clean afterwards.
