The quote I initially received was for 3 hours labor (per service guideline for work to be done) plus parts. I made an appointment and took my truck there on time at 10 am with a quoted completion time of 3 pm. At 3:30 still waiting, so called for status. They just started working on it and they'd call when finished. Half hour later, received call back advising labor would be 8 hours instead of 3. No apologies given for 6 hour delay in start of service or additional change of labor hours. With that terrible customer service, I picked up my truck and took it to another mechanic, who completed the work in 3 hours. The main part that had to be ordered from Ciocca Chevrolet was delivered to the new mechanic with a $80 decrease in cost. Lesson learned - they are a rip off and have inferior customer service.

My vehicle has had the message ( Steering assist is reduced Drive with care) show on screen every time I start it, since the day I picked it up from from Apple Chevrolet after it was in the bodyshop April 2022. Of course the bodyshop denied it and refused to correct the issue. In 2022 and 2023 Apple passed it for inspection and said nothing about the message. This year they said it was an issue. They needed to make a cut into my frame because of rubbing. For $500 in labor, I expected the message to go away. It did not. I was told it is because of the professional lift on the truck. It has been lifted for six years.

Although the sales person did a very good job selling this car. I don't drive this 2nd car much and found out that there were spots under the car where I had it parked. Checked the antifreeze and it was none in the antifreeze reservoir Turns out the water pump is bad and expensive to replace The mileage was under the 1000 mile warranty but over 30 days by 2 week when I found this out. Its intermittent and does not do it all the time. Contacted the sales person and basically said it was out of the warranty and besides for that the car sales manager was out of the office for s few weeks and they not help me out. My reason for lowering review

Sales department was amazing.. 5 stars. However, Ciocca sold me a used Jeep Cherokee that was BROKEN. When I bought Jeep, it came with a 30 day 100% warranty, And I purchased the extended 4 year 40,000 mile warranty. 4 days after my...purchase, I found out the 4x4 system did NOT work. I set the app. And had to wait 2 weeks, canceling a trip with grand kids. After two weeks I drop it off, wait 3 days of NO PHONE CALLS to find out it needs s part that will take 10 days to get. I waste 10 days, no parts, I wait 7 more days NO PHONE CALLS and find out the part was delivered days ago but no one called me. Drop it for repairs, get a call at 3 pm... We need more parts to finish the job, we can't get them for another 10 days. Really... You sold me a broken car, and now 30 days later I'm still waiting on you to get the parts to fix it?? This is the 1st time in 6 years I had to cancel a fundraiser at Krawlin 4 K9 trail guide because Ciocca service department can't fix a car they performed an inspection on before selling it as pre-owned. And obviously don't know how to use All Data to figure out they need TTY bolts for a repair. I will NEVER use this service department again after this. For 4 weeks they NEVER reached out to me. I had to call them and ask for updates. They refuse to give me a loaner when they had my car for over a week under their 30 day 100 % warranty.... Update. I sat down with Mr Hoke the GM we had a great conversation. He has promised to make things right, and he has taken steps to personal correct the situation and address everything negative that I have experienced here. Mr Hoke was honest and upfront in our conversation. He listened to me and understood my point of view. We had a great dialog. As long as he addresses the service management, I think I would be willing to use the service department again.

Extremely pleased with this new car purchase. The straight forward sales, speedy delivery and attention to details. The paper work process was fantastic. We purchased four new Chevrolet vehicles in the last two years and this was the best experience of all of them. Thanks Tyler!
