My daughter in law and I came to the store to upgrade her phone. We met Quil who was also the gentleman that answered the phone earlier in the day to answer some of our questions. He was polite and professional during both interactions. He was the only employee working but still managed multiple customers at the same time. His knowledge of the system and phone upgrade process was great. He made our visit fast and fun! Great personality and service!

Service rep promptly replaced my privacy screen saver without question. She also explained the lifetime guarantee, assuring me that a copy of the receipt wasn’t necessary. The visit was to the store was less than 20 minutes!

I am a current customer who had questions about my plan. In particular things I was charged for that I didn’t sign up for. I decided to go directly to the store because customer service has “fixed this twice” (they didn’t) the representative completely dismissed me and my concerns. Just kept repeating this looks right over and over. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Overall, the experience of upgrading my phone and getting a "bundle deal" was great. I was not expecting that. I forgot the representative's name that helped me. She was great. I upgraded my phone for my upcoming birthday. I'm happy!☺️

Someone that was extremely knowledgable and genuinely nice as well as calm when the store was busy is a breath of fresh air. I hope that management knows what a great associate they have working at the Springwood Rd location!
