I wish I could leave ZERO STARS - Customer service was COMPLETELY non existent at this AT&T store. After weeks of dealing with an online sales issue, as well as poor communication issues with Corporate , my husband and I filed a complaint with the Pa Office of Attorney General. After filing this complaint, Corporate connected with us and it was determined the best solution to resolve the issues, was to physically go into an AT&T store. Corporate made an 11:00 appt for us today. We arrived prior to the store opening, along with other waiting customers. Once the store opened, the two salesmen proceeded to wait on the people at the very front of door; they never bothered to ask if anyone had appointments. I finally had to interrupt the one salesman, while he was interacting with customers, that Corporate made an 1100 appointment for us. He told me to wait as he was in the middle of a sale and that another salesperson would arrive in 5 mins. My husband and I sat down to wait, no other sales person arrived, after 10 minutes, AT&T representative, Xavier, approached us, and in a loud tone, and in front of the other customers asked me my name and then ACCUSED us, of not being present when the store opened!!?? I tried to explain that we were there even before the gate opened, but Xavier was completely unreceptive. Xavier created an extremely awkward situation. Feeling very embarrassed in front of the other customers, and now knowing that the sales team had an attitude towards us as if we were a bother and now liars, we simply left. I don’t understand the reasoning behind Corporate making an appointment for its customers to address an ongoing problem if the stores do not HONOR the appointment. My husband and I have been AT&T customers for 20+ yrs… it may be time to move on. Resolving our issues with AT&T, is time consuming and burdensome. Today with Xaviers attitude of having ZERO INTEREST in providing customer service; even after, knowing Corporate made the appointment, as well as my ongoing experiences with AT&T, It appears that sales people; more specifically, Xavier, has ZERO respect for Corporate or AT&T customers. This is a reflection of poor customer service training provided by AT&T.

Went in today to upgrade wife’s phone for Christmas. Mentioned MULTIPLE times to make sure texts would not be sent to her as it was a Christmas gift. Customer service rep assured since it was around the holidays those texts don’t go out. Come home to find out she has been getting text all day about the package being delivered. I was concerned about the laid back just get through the process as quick as possible attitude I was receiving but tried to stay optimistic. Should have known better.

Store sent home empty Apple Pen box, then once returned gave us the wrong Apple Pen. When told it wasn't compatible, we were told we were wrong. It's on the Apple website that the pen that gave us isn't compatible with the iPad Air they sold us. Garbage customer support.

I ordered a phone and it was supposed to be shipped to the mall but apparently there not supposed to do that so my order keeps getting delayed. the person that I was serviced by put incomplete address. I’m still waiting for phone. Horrible service and had me waiting in store for more than 2 hours. Terrible service.

Never a huge wait when I come here. The manager is very friendly and sociable. Although the other staff was sorta friendly, they spoke very quietly and refused to make eye contact? I wished they had more Samsung accessories and not just Apple.

Didn’t have to wait when we got into the store, everyone was friendly, felt like we got the help we needed from the gentleman helping us he was very knowledgeable on what he was doing, did it fast, made sure everything was working before he sent us off! Most definitely recommend going to this location!

I bought a phone and the store rep signed me up for two services I did not want and we didn’t discuss. When I returned they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to call customer service. Clearly a scam. I will not do business with them again.

Ryan and Xavier were so helpful when I went to AT&T to exchange my phone. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and were kind and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store if I need anything in the future!

Quil was wonderful! This is a corporate store, which is very important to know. This was our third AT&T store stop and the first and only one that was able to complete the request! We had an issue that my phone would not accept an ESIM but the line was essentially "stuck in limbo" with an error message everytime we tried to activate it. This requires a store employee to override the activation and provide a SIM card. Dyquil knew how to do this immediately and we were done and out of the store within minutes! (With no extra fees or cost!) This was after spending extensive amounts of time on the phone with various AT&T people and stopping at 2 other stores, when it could have been as simple as the service Quil provided. Thank you!!

Friendly service and well educated staff. I make no illusion about the amount of time it takes to begin service or swap from another provider (we knew it was going to take more than a few minutes to get signed up). The team went above and beyond to get us all setup, all while my wife and I tried keeping our kiddos entertained.

I was very impressed with the reps. I went early so I was helped immediately and Xavier went out of his way. He knows what he’s doing so I will be returning to him for any future purchases and help if needed.

The in store guys are the best. I highly recommend not going to any AT&T side contractors from Sam’s or BJ’s. I was put into a huge mess with them
