I did my original review before my transaction was complete, but have opted for a revision because it was after this that things quickly went south. The fast service or should I say rush service was so the staff could go on break. He didn’t have time to set up my new phone, added services he claimed came with the phone that I didn’t want and wasn’t paying attention to my questions.
As a result, I’ve had to contact customer service numerous times. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have never experienced such service.

It’s 10:15. Store is was supposed to open at 10:00. Four people waiting outside now. And now, they just missed a UPS delivery (10:20)

ordered phones that never came in. I was told that maybe it came when she was out on break and then no one is at the business to recieve the phones from fed x but got txt they did. my bill is all messed up now. and they dont have enough help. to help me clear this up . I was told my bill was gonna actually be cheaper with new plan an phones, however my bill actually went from 300 to 600 and I don't have any new phones just a new plan ??? and cant get anything cleaned up because no one is available at this store to help.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T!
I went there on October 1 2024 around 4 pm And I worked with a gentleman who never told me his name. (Hopefully, you can figure it out from the time and date he was the only male worker there)I mentioned I have a battery issue with my 14 Pro Max. I was hoping to get it replaced but he told me there was a deductible I had to hit to replace it and pay. It was just worth it to pay off my phone and upgrade. (Found out there’s not a deductible from another store) He then asked for my driver's license to get the account pulled Later to find out, he shouldn’t be able to access the account because I Wasn’t an authorized user at the time (When I went to another AT&T after they told me that and my parents added me). He then was distracted the entire time, not listening to my questions. I wanted the same screen size at least that I had with my 14 pro max He told me the 16 was the same screen size (it did not) He did not have product knowledge I didn’t realize the bigger screen was called the 16 plus He also told me I wouldn’t have a phone payment that was also a lie later to find out it was $10 a month for 36 months. We then did the transaction and he Unboxed the phone it was the wrong one was not the same screen size it was smaller. Even though I tried to clarify with him three times before he opened the box That it was at least the same screen size as the 14 pro max. He then said I would have to pay a restocking fee because of the mistake HE MADE! for $55. I said fine whatever they ended up giving the phone that I wanted to the person that came in after me. And said that they could order it for me and wait I said no I will just take this one because I needed a phone I was also so angry at that point. Then he put on my screen protector there were bubbles (I could’ve put it on better ) He said I could come back the next day and pay a discount for a new one for his manager to put it on correctly The screen protector ended up falling off two hours later.. Thankfully, I went to another AT&T Yesterday and they made it all right Returned all of the old stuff, and did not charge me a restocking fee and I even returned the screen protector and case) was able to get a better phone a 16 pro max Because the new sales associate explained that it was a better deal and only a dollar more a month between the plus and pro max and was happy especially since I returned the Phone so hopefully that guy doesn’t get the credit for a sale. I then realized that that was a third-party AT&T I didn’t even realize that was a thing that is the last time I go somewhere like that. Horrible!!! Don’t know how they have four stars

Jess went above and beyond and provided top-tier customer service! That kind of dedication and attentiveness truly made a difference in the shopping experience. Jess went the extra mile to find what i needed, and simply provided a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. On Saturday I had an exceptional experience at AT&T thanks to Store Manager Jessica! I noticed she was working by herself in a busy store, but from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm to assist. Jessica's knowledge of the products and services blew me away – she patiently answered all my questions and offered insightful recommendations tailored to my needs. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for Jessica's outstanding service. AT&T is lucky to have such a dedicated and personable manager like Jessica. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the most unprofessional customer service individuals EVER! Purchased a phone as a birthday present and didnt realize till we got home it had been opened, screen cover removed and placed back into the box screen up. When we called the store Jacob stated "I don't know why it would be opened." Then he said it's notmal to to open the phones while you're in the store. When asked about his first statement he said thats not wjat he said. When we went jnto the store his "manager" Jessica became lounder as we were talking kept stating that "it would be fraud if they sell the phone without opening the box in the store," but that they would only if the customer requested it. She finally calmed down with a very patronizing voice and when I asked who the owner was, Jacob literally began laughing out loud and told me I was just whining over and opened box. Jacob & Jessica lied multiple time throughout the the experience. Once I called on their attitudes, Jacob forced me to leave and when he reverted to dropping the F-bomb, I had enough. Queengate was and continues to be our favorite.

Very unprofessional guys in here. I would not go back if you paid me, this has to be the reason their traffic is super slow. Those two guys I dealt with were rude and tried selling me into a extra line. It’s like they were playing good cop bad cop as they kept talking over each other. I did not need the line!! Freaking awful. This spot always has new managers and employeees and honestly sucks by far out of all the other locations! Also it’s very unprofessional to vape while customers are in the store!

I will always conduct my business at the 3013 E Market St Suite 300 York, PA 17402 store. The 2 gentlemen that helped my family start new service was friendly knowledgeable and very professional.
