Worst customer service ever, they let us reserve a car and then tell us that they didn’t had a car, had us go to Harrisburg, and to add the cherry on top, they don’t accept debit cards, not even from Wells Fargo nor FNB. Both locations we horrible, never again to reserve with them

Terrible, this company is Terrible. They will tell you that. They have cars until you get there and. They don't have cars. They need new workers. The lady there is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people.

Avoid this location at all costs. Avoid Avis in general at all costs, but this is the worse location they have.
