“Had a bad battery and needed to stop early In the morning on the way to work and after reading reviews I decided to stop at battery Warehouse. Only thing I can say is Frank definitely lived up to all his reviews. Customer service exceptional, polite, kind. Any questions I had he answered without any hesitation. His information was very informative. I definitely recommend visiting battery Warehouse and asking to speak to Frank. He left me with more than one option which was great because I was in a bit of a money jam at the time but we were able to find something that was affordable for me which is great and I still made it to work on time. If I could rate him a 10 out of 10 I definitely would.any battery needs stop in and see. Frank.”

“I went in for a new battery but ended up having the worst case of corrosion. They had to replace the terminal connectors. The whole way down to the wires. They were able to figure it out and fix everything for me. Saved me the headache of having to go to the mechanic. They were very positive and friendly. The whole time even though it was very frustrating. They seen the problem as more of a challenge than a headache. And I am very grateful for their help. The best part is they are now family owned!!!”
