What started as a less than satisfactory experience with placing my order online to have my appointment canceled, turned into an all around great experience. Shout out to Kurtis who took care of me like I was one of his own. He walked me through everything, explained how everything would work, and was just a kind soul. I hope BJs knows what an absolute Rockstar of a supervisor they have. Thank you for everything, see you in 6,000 miles.

Came in today to get a replacement tire and the customer service was wonderful. Curtis and Devin were so helpful, patient and pleasant! Curtis took the time to look up all the information I was missing from my previous transaction and had everything ready to go for me to complete my purchase when he returned. When Devin grabbed the tire out of my trunk, he went the extra mile and checked the pressure in my spare and filled it up for me. Thank you for all your help today gentlemen!

Do not recommend this tire shop. I purchased tires and had them installed. They ended up being defective. My truck would shake at highway speeds. They tried balancing them twice. The shop supervisor was very incompetent. He never returned calls and did not know his job. I called numerous times and stopped in as well. He told me he couldn’t get the tires ordered, YOUR A TIRE RETAILER! Took them 4 months and me finally speaking directly to the BJs Store manager to get replacements. The manager had no idea of the issue. The shop supervisor lied about calling and can’t even work his computer. Bad customer care and employees not qualified to perform their job. Don’t go here!

Had the worst experience with tires here EVER!! Tire supervisor should be fired for poor work ethic and lying to my face and to the store manager about returning calls. Unacceptable!! Looking at the reviews, more 1 star than anything else should tell you something!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Have always had a good experience in the past. However, today was a very different experience. There WERE only two employees here. I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and balance at 4pm. I am sitting here typing this at 4:58pm and my car has not even been brought into a bay. The one employee was cussing up a storm and rushing his work. He then stormed out of here at 4:20 because he had to get home for his taco dinner. The other employee is sitting here doing paperwork as I sit here way past my appointment time. I have been given zero acknowledgment that I am waiting. Some people may have the ability or want to sit here for hours on end for a 15-20 minute service, but then there are those of us that have lives. This is unacceptable service. Don’t schedule things you can’t handle. I probably won’t be back because it’s not worth the headache.
