Bad Customer service has taken a toll on W Market St York, Pa (Boost Mobile) store. They are rude and tried to charge us $300 for a $150 phone online .

I went into the store to get two phones. They showed me what deals they had, at that time I told them what I wanted. Once I got home I realized they gave me two different phones. I then call them back and I asked them why? I was told that's what I get. I was told it was my fault that they did not give me two phones like I asked, and next time I should be more careful and pay attention. I don't understand how they can just do that to people. I would understand if someone made a mistake and could own it, but to sit there and say it's my fault, well that's just wrong. Instead of getting what I asked for I just got whatever that lazy guy picked off the shelf. Piss poor management and piss poor attitude.

Workers don’t do nothing and lay on the seats and whenever I asked for help they just told me to call customer support and then they proceed to just pass me the phone and do nothing AND they be in their phones while you talking to them mad disrespectful.

The people that works in this store is rude and disrespectful. I called to ask a question and they very rude and didnt answer my questions. I am looking for a new cell phone carrier now because of these rude ladies. Boost mobile you will no longer get my money anymore.

Nicki was very helpful with getting me into a new phone for a great price. Friendly and patient. Only issue I asked about the nfc function I was looking for and I said it wasn't on the phone she disagreed and I ended up being correct. Function not available!

This location is filthy, unprofessional, lacks customer service, and management is nowhere to be found. You're better off going to Metro, Cricket even T-mobile than dealing with this location. Says under new management but it's the same company that owns it just with new workers since the other ones didn't last.

Overall worse experience in a Boost Mobile location. Individuals who are not customers hanging out front smoking, even drinking beer with individuals who work there. You will get no set price on any items you purchase. Your better off buying from the boost mobile website because they over charge in store to make commission. For an establishment in downtown York Pa, the level of service here is less than 1 star. This location has gone down hill especially with the consistent turn around rate with the workers.
