Bryce is the one to go-to. I had problems with my phones and service for over a year when boost was switched to dish network. And I could not make phone calls and receive calls and 5g would drop constantly. And I had to root and unlock a bootloader on one of my phones just to be able to force it to 4g in efforts just to be able to use my phone I called customer service about 1000+ times and could not resolve my issues even after talking. To technical service a dozen times...I walked in here and Bryce identified the problem instantly and resolved it.. dude needs a damn raise!!! Period! Very knowledgeable!!!! Very nice and well spoken

Katrina was absolutely amazing in helping me get prepaid internet at home. She went the extra mile when there was a problem getting it for my address but she got it handled and helped me activate it in the store. Extremely friendly and funny.

They are quick to get back to you, I give them that. But boost doesn't even offer the option to change the due date for payments (not even a day after or before. And they ask for a $4 additional surcharge if you want to pay your bill early or put any money down on your bill. If you're gonna be money hungry, at least have some perks that keep your customers. Not to mention , Service has gone out twice since I started with them. I was told they were good. I obviously downgraded instead when I switched.

I purchased a phone and got it activated and the girl Katrina Clark waited on me and she was amazing! She was fast professional knew the best deal I needed and got me all set up and out the door!!! Thank you Mrs. Clark

The young lady at the store was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot help me with my old phone those places try to force you to buy a new phone which I know is bogus I had a SIM card problem and my old phones back up and running I highly recommend this store

Don't, please don't use Boost Mobile. I have had one headache after another. Horrible Sr. Staffing and alot of the times , they have no clue. One women at the memorial way location, last week was very helpful. Thank you

This store is never open when you come to it. Just like today I’m literally sitting in front of the store for them to open up since they were suppose to be open since 10 am. It’s 10:52 am and there’s no one inside.
