We needed to replace these doors that are about 125 years old. Browns came thru over 5000 dollars less than the competition and did an excellent job on the install. Jess and Nate were the installers and paid close attention to detail so as to minimize any finish work on the inside. Matching up to work that is over a century old is not an easy task and Browns went out of their way to work with our demands and our schedule.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just don't go their a spend way more than you would at a place with good customers service

We had browns come out last year and install glass for our new bathroom. They did a good job. This year all of our seals are coming off. We contacted them and they told us they were going to charge us $250 to come out to our home.?!?!?! I don’t understand how they don’t warrantee their product. We were told it was a wear and tear item, so I’m assuming after one year you have to continue to replace all your seals? No, I don’t think so, and I think it’s horrible that they told us they were going to charge us $250 just to come out and check it. I’m very disappointed it’s quite ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend them since they won’t guarantee their product.

Only reason for 1 star…had to. Horrible experience with this company from the get go. Called on a Friday and explained to the woman that I needed a piece of glass replaced in my back door. She got snooty and asked what the dimensions were and I said I didn’t know…(because I expected them to come measure). She told me to call back Monday when I got the dimensions. When I called back Monday and explained the situation again, rudely she said “well we don’t need the dimensions if we’re installing”, which I made clear day one. They came to measure and I was very specific that I wanted plexiglass. When I got the quote it was for tempered glass. Several weeks later when they came to install, the two workers were whispering the whole time. As they were using the nailer to put the trim back in I clearly heard one of them whisper “oh shut, did I do that?” So when they asked me to come check out the finished product I was already on edge expecting something wrong…and sure enough I was right. There was an inch long crack at a spot that had been nailed. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s plexiglass and that it will always scratch easy. I refused to pay and called the office. The manager called me back the next day and gave me the same run around about how plexiglass scratches easy blah blah and that they always steer customers away from it…which they never tried. I told her what I heard the guy say, and she tried to tell me that “she didn’t hear that in the video recording the guys made”…which they never made a video as I was watching them. So very unprofessional to accuse a customer of lying basically. Then a week later a friend had a problem with the same crew. Look a few reviews down at Deb Warren…Took almost another month for them to come out and fix it. Very disappointed that I tried to use a local business from my neighborhood and got such terrible service. They should be ashamed.

Very happy with the service we received. Repair of a glass shower door that was installed 10+ years ago. Hinges moved and seal broke free from shower pan. Called for service and they repaired seals, and door sweep. I couldn't get other glass companies to come look at it because they didn't install. Thanks for your service.

Had a cracked double paned window I called to have someone come measure for me took over a week and 2 phone calls for a scheduler to get back with me.I got a quote for $335.00 so I went to Browns paid half and was told they would call when glass came in to set up a appointment.Got a call late afternoon on Feb 20th saying they wanted to come out the next morning between 8 and 9.cmon now! Where was a call! Thank God I could take a vacation day in that short notice.And not to mention the 2 young guys that came out to install the glass were not very professional.The one cut his finger on the broken glass duh use gloves!! The other guy put the broken pieces of glass on my kitchen n counter and didn't bother when he picked it up to check for pieces of glass left behind.Tgen they said they were done I asked don't you clean tge window seal and track of window off and they say oh yeah!!! Not very happy!

I had an urgent request for my wood stove glass door, Donna and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Talking with Betty was nice especially around the holidays. My family will be enjoying a nice fire once again. Thanks to Browns team/staff.

Brown's Glass worked through a snafu with a warranty glass replacement, and came through in a crunch, replacing glass in some windows just two days before our house went on the market. Shoutout to Tori for making that happen, and the guys who did the replacement were fast and experienced. Would highly recommend!

I am tired of companies giving the minimum effort. Brown’s Glass did this for us. They came out and did a terrific job of uninstalling our shower glass and reinstalling after our shower was re grouted. Unfortunately, the glass door stopped closing the entire way about a month or two ago. Given chronic conditions in our family, in conjunction with having two small children, we just got around to calling them. It has been approximately 14 to 15 months out. When we explained to them that our glass door, that they reinstalled after the grouting was finished, no longer closes, my wife was told that it was past one year and no longer their problem. Brown’s Glass is an incredibly great company to use if you only expect their labor to last one year. Good luck to anyone who uses them. Please do not reply with an apology to disguise everyone reading these reviews with “good customer service.”

Very worst. Trying to give a new order for our dinning table. But they are not interested to take a order too. Went friday to the office and met a person to give an order. They said they will call us monday waited two days. Again called today a lady pick up the call and said i have to waited. Waited in call for 15 mins but still no one picked.
