Lying scamming joke to make money off you and ghost you don't send any applications to them you will get scammed and ghosted and they lie and say you were denied for made up stuff just so they can profit off people like us. Joke of a place this place needs shut down

They are the absolute worst people to deal with as far as renting and I would never buy a home from them either. They will nickel and dime you for everything and you will be responsible to fix things that are clearly not your responsibility in the lease. Giving these people a one star review is even too nice. There's a reason why the places beside where we used to live that were also rented by them has no tenants. Beware of Dale Reality!!

I do not recommend at all! Very unprofessional! No communication! They weren’t very helpful the workers don’t even know what they are doing. They never let me know if I was approved or denied for two properties I applied and I applied over a month ago so I basically was scammed because I payed for 3 applications for nothing.

We don’t have good experience with them. Is a long history about all happened in the process to rent with them but in the last minutes they don’t give the house to us and they don’t help us to find other one

Going on our 11th day without heat. No updates or anything. This will be the only and last time we ever deal with century 21. Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. If you are thinking of renting from them go with another company if possible.

Applied for a unit that was $1350. Denied based on credit but score was a 674. Had a bankruptcy discharged and income over$100k. They use a credit system for approval instead of looking over the report themselves to make sure the denial is valid. Have excellent rental history. The denial did not make sense. Money wasted.

I would give zero stars if possible. We rented for a year and a half. At the showing the person showing us the house made a very inappropriate comment to my husband and I. They used awful contractors for anything they actually chose to fix. After we gave notice to move out, they asked if we could leave our key so they could show the house while we were still living there, because their spare was with a contractor. That was a lie because we found their missing spare key as we were moving out. A contractor from a year before had left the key down on our water heater, losing it. While living there, we received a letter in the mail from someone else in the development who was having legal issues with century charging them wrongly. Century lost the court case and continued to charge them money even after. I should’ve known what was in store for us when we moved out after that. They kept our entire security deposit PLUS said we owed over $400 on top of it for patching and painting holes in the walls and weed removal in the yard. So almost $2000 total for patching some holes and painting some walls that weren’t even fully patched and painted when we moved in. The Hoa also took care of the yards the entire time we lived there until the last month, and now we’re being charged for the weeds? I called and stated that the lawn company had been taking care of the weeds and mulching the whole time we lived there and century said that they haven’t taken care of the flower beds in years. Also a lie obviously. The whole company is an absolute joke and out to take whatever money they can from you

I had either no water or muddy water for more than 3 months. Finally in October I said was not paying another penny, because this property's water was supplied by a well. They got a well drilling company out here the beginning of October, they started drilling the beginning of December. They well was finally finished the 6th of April. During this time they were contacting me to see If the drillers came out. Now asking for money.

I wish I had seen the reviews here before wasting my time with them. The person on here is right. You can't look at a place unless you pay a application fee which is per person. If they are using the pandemic to take advantage of people then as of 5/25/22 they are still using that tactic. I tried my hardest to try and work with them to tell them our situation. After sending so much paperwork calling day after day all of a sudden I got no response back. It just went dark. No reason for why and it did effect our credit score which has made it harder to find another place. If you are looking for a cheaper home don't go here. By the time you pay for all of your fees you would be paying for a place teice as much as what it is worth.
