Called bank on sat morning. Needed to take out money that was necessary. Teller assured someone would be there until 12 noon. Got there by 11 and no real person there. ATM wouldn’t give us the amount of money that we had in our account that we needed. Doors locked. I’ will be letting mgmt know they falsely posted hours.

Was suppose to have a call from the manager after calling into the branch about them closing my newly opened account and never got a call back. Did an “online appointment” for the sake of having it in stone and again was never contacted.

Can't believe that Citizens charges a $9.99 monthly fee on it's checking accounts, if you don't make a monthly deposit, no matter how much your balance is in that account.
