Citizens is noted for its friendly and helpful staff, who are incredibly accommodating. The process of setting up an account is easy, with staff thoroughly explaining everything. They walk customers through ATM cash deposits and transferring money on the mobile app. A debit card is provided on the spot. However, the closure of the West End location has led to a long commute for some, and hours only until 4pm are a concern. Despite this, the service is so positive that customers highly recommend the business.
I went there with my wife on February 19 2026 for open business account .and mrs. Lee ann a manager she professional, she take care of me and my wife. I indicated .we are very happy Thank you Mrs.leeann!

Called bank on sat morning. Needed to take out money that was necessary. Teller assured someone would be there until 12 noon. Got there by 11 and no real person there. ATM wouldn’t give us the amount of money that we had in our account that we needed. Doors locked. I’ will be letting mgmt know they falsely posted hours.

Was suppose to have a call from the manager after calling into the branch about them closing my newly opened account and never got a call back. Did an “online appointment” for the sake of having it in stone and again was never contacted.
