Spotty service and garbage customer service. I'll be glad when another internet service provider comes to my area so I can drop Xfinity.

Worse service every! I’ve been having cable and internet issue since 2/27 to present and I’m still waiting for xfinity maintenance to come out and replace the line. I’ve escalated this isse 4 time and still nothing. But they want me to continue to pay my bill monthly! This is robbery at its highest.

All I needed was one thing. I know no one’s perfect. But when you have an automated machine that can’t help you, it makes it difficult to keep calm when that one mistake holds you back and keeps you from getting things done. Too bad I have to give at least one star because I wouldn’t even give that for the lousy so called customer service you provide.

On Saturday, April 11 the Sight and Sound show Jesus. It said it would be on TBN. Not on. Called Comcast and was given numerous channels to try. Not on any. Then given a channel number that isn’t even in the channel lineup. Then she hung up on me. Took a number to call me back if we got “disconnected “ but She never called back. Happy freaking Easter from Comcast

The worst cable service ever. 4 out 4 boxes have issues and they tell me that all 4 of my brand new TV's are the issue not their boxes. I have had their service for a month without resolution.
