I am not sure how it could have been better. The pharmacist was so helpful with my prescriptions and so were the clerks

Rarely has a pharmacist, most associates are rude.

This is a typical pharmacy in its offerings but it has open aisles and feels safe for a downtown inner city pharmacy.I love that this CVS accepts UPS packages for residents here in downtown west york. Packages are so often stolen that this is a great service and inevitably when I pick up a package from here, I purchase something. The two different cashiers I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. There are enough parking spaces outside and they also offer a drive-thru pickup. This CVS is very convenient and I like going here.

This store is very dirty, the floor in the Pharmacy is littered with scraps of paper, torn medication packages and hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in months. The Pharmacist wears a torn Lab Coat that is filthy with an orange/brown/yellowish stain from his neck around the collar. My complaint to CVS has been unanswered even though they took my name, address and email.

Made an appointment to go through the minute clinic Covid Test drive-thru. Pulled up to see the woman in the car in front of me get out of her car, take her plastic bag with her test, open an outside small medal drop box and try to stuff her test in the overflowing box. I thought to myself, well if she hadn't been exposed to Covid before or wasn't positive before, she has now! Then it's my turn. The top of the box wouldn't even shut because so many test were crammed in that thing not to mention absolutely no way that everyone of them potentially could be contaminated. I also did NOT want to have to stick my hand down in them to push them down to shove mine in! Doesn't this defeat the purpose?! Fast forward 7 DAYS later and I get a notification that the test was "Not Performed"! I call the Minute Clinic and am told usually that happens if there is cross-contamination or a spill! Well no kidding!! Ugh! Take advise folks, go to Rite Aides Covid testing drive up.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and instead of getting better it gets worst and worst. They let their customers wait days sometimes weeks for their prescription without caring what happens to them. It is no wonder the girls that help there get tired of their negligence and leave. As of the month of February I will be leaving to another pharmacy and want nothing to do with them.
