The store had a problem get orders completed but they turn everything around and doing excellent job filling prescriptions on time and not making you wait for days. Great team working now together.

Very disorganized. Place seems chaotic behind the counter which makes me nervous since they are caring for my health. Already had to correct them on what is supposed to get.

I would choose another pharmacy. You’re treated like an inconvenience. They don’t answer phones. Lines are 30-60 minutes or longer and you may have to wait and return again to same 30-60 min line just to pick up. Lack of staff and medication

Has gone down hill since the plandemic. Always the same response "we're working on it 15 or 20 minutes". I'm still waiting for a text message avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Phoned in yesterday afternoon...ridiculous

This pharmacy has really gone down hill for the last year and a half, I put my scripts in and wait and wait and wait until I finally call and they tell me oh I can have the ready for you in an hour. why do I have to call to get them to fill my prescriptions? I complain to them about it and they give me the same story of we are understaffed and way behind, well how is it you can fill my prescription in an hour now verses a week and a half ago when I put the order in? I strongly agree with other reviewers here that they should shut this pharmacy down until they fix the problem, it is totally unfair to the costumers who are waiting for their medicine. My wife also has had this problem today but her prescription order was put in over 2 weeks ago and it showed online that the script was filled but when she went in to get it the lady told her that it was in fact not filled and not ready for her to pickup but she could have it ready for her in 1 hour. she told my wife that there were only 2 people working to fill the prescriptions and waiting on costumers at the same time she also got nasty with my wife telling her that she can deny to fill her prescription at all and my wife asked her to do is please fill her prescription instead of saying the same excuse over and over again. CVS this is very unprofessional please fix this problem as it's been going on for over a year and it's really getting ridiculous.

incredibly horrible customer service, no line to wait, only one person checking out at a time, lying about meds being filled and hours of operation, overall a horrible pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in the service is not working rx not ready on time I waited an extra 2 hours they said it would be 20 min more it has been over an hour still nothing

They've gotten horribly slow lately. I've got medications that has been stuck on processing for 3 weeks now. They don't answer the phones (on hold for an hour) and their lines are massive with only one checking people out

Turn around time with prescriptions has gotten ridiculously long. What used to be 3 days, has now turned into over a week.

There is no other word than slow and long lines. Service has dropped off considerably. Changing pharmacies ASAP.

The medications are never on time. My husband's doctor told him that the medications were ready since April 5, they did not send a message, we went to the pharmacy and when we arrived they came out with the same excuse as always, we are working on his medications at this time. moment and today is April 18, while I was on the line, I heard how other customers were complaining about the same thing and saying to change pharmacies, they are right, the service is terrible.

Horrible. They don’t have the meds in stock. They think people can wait til the next day. I was on hold for 30 min 2 times today. Avoid avoid avoid.
