I'm an old and permanent customer OF CVS pharmacy's. Since I moved to York PA, I had an experience of getting my medications from 2610 Pleasant Valley Rd, York, PA. I enjoyed respect and exceptional customer services by Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Genesis. Both of them are an asset for the CVS and I must say the the CVS management is fortunate to have them as an employee and outstanding team members for their dedications and providing superb customer services to CVS Customers.

Do not go to this pharmacy. To get your medicine they must call your doctor and speak with the doctor before you can pay and leave. If your doc is not answering you can go with out.

Apparently they close for half an hour from 1:30 to 2pm. I showed up at 1:55 and was gruffly informed that they open at 2. Once they "resumed" their operations, only a single cashier was available for the line that had formed even though 2 were present. The cashier looked like she hated her job and it was quite a cold, utterly devoid of decent customer service experience. As someone who works in a retail position, I provide a baseline level of customer service that is polite and semi-engaging even though I am not a people person. Everyone looked fairly miserable. This is my 2nd time using this pharmacy but it will be my last. It's odd to me that Wal-mart is a better experience but that is the case.

This CVS Pharmacy is far superior to any other CVS Pharmacy in the area. The staff is experienced, helpful, and super friendly. Not to mention, they always have my prescriptions in stock whereas other local CVS Pharmacies rarely do.
