Dan Scott assisted my husband and I when we refinanced out home. He made the process quick and painless. All the paperwork was completed online. If there was a 10 star rating, Dan would get that from me! Being a seasoned Realtor, I've learned how to reduce the likelihood of issues within a transaction but sometimes, I get blindsided! I recently met Dan Scott when he saved a deal of mine that was circling the drain due to an oversight of another lender. Dan came along, saved the deal, kept a buyer from losing her deposit, being homeless AND did this in 12 DAYS!! 12 days from our 1st phone call to settlement. He even helped our client move in!!!
