My granddaughter thought she was buying a car and now they are saying it was a lease and she owes $4,000 more. So if this was a lease the work they did on it should have been covered by them. I was with her and there was nothing mentioned about a lease. It was buying the car. I thought this was a reputable company but am not feeling this now. Plus her radio was removed when they were repairing it and told her she did it, they did not. So how can a car become a lease when lease was never mentioned only we were there to buy a car????

Lost my job due to the pandemic was still waiting for my unemployment, always payed on time because i had automatic payments. Came to this situation where I have no income at all they repossessed my car which I only had 4000 to fished paying off the car. And now they I totally lost the car with only being the the first time being repossessed in almost 3 years. This people only care about money and care about their faithful clients. Do not buy a car from them its not worth it at end you will ended up losing the vehicle and all the money you payed into.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle if your credit is poor they legally lie to you and don't pay the $250 early termination fee so that they don't report a negative report to trans-unioun because after you pay it they will still say the vehicle is repossessed. These reviews are paid reviews . BUYER BEWARE!!!

I recommend this company. Stephanie and Ann went beyond helping us. My husband had his leg amputated and using a walker Ann made sure he had a chair to sit in and when we went back to do the paperwork they were very busy but they made sure he had a chair. Great customer service and very helpful.

I did a lot of shopping around before I settled with drive right. I went to around 6 dealers and they all saw a dollar sign over my head, not Steve. He was friendly and treated me like a human. Helped me find the perfect car for my needs. Went to have the car looked at Because I was noticing something dripping underneath and they told me honestly about it. Most places would tell me it needed the repairs and I would have to pay a lot of money for them, but they were honest and pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys!

Almost at the 2 year mark over 8-9k paid on a less than 5k value car never once took the car to them for small crappy issues i handled them engine went bad and they said no warranty due to miles and offered a outrageous 2200$ for a junkyard engine and than to top it off i get the car back my engine cover was just sitting on the engine my air filter box was left OPEN i found cracked plastic pieces laying ON my engine and am almost positive a screw or 2 is missing also i want to state they will not do payments on the engine they would rather me pay them to repoe it back and toss a junk yard engine in it and resell the 200k mile body for another 10k some staff is respectful handfull of the others are very rude and ghetto if ur short 50$ on ur payment ive been told they would still turn it off over 50$ sad as this would be the 3rd car PAID OFF from them through me and 1 other family member.

Paula is great very friendly and helpful but I bought a car from this company in September 30 of 2017 by feb 2018 I started having problems I tired to get my brake light changed they told me my brake light had melted and I had to order the part AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHY!! smh , car wouldn't start multiple times got stuck every time I turned my car off AND KEPT MAKING CLICKING NOISE they kept telling me different things the battery need to be changed paid for that car still cut off, oil changed car still cut off, paid 200 for car to get towed because my car shut off while I was at work in Lancaster they had my car for a week said they still didn't know what was wrong in march I was driving on the highway with my kids in the car and my car started smoking and cut off on the highway I called that morning to let them know my car wouldn't start again she told me to keep trying and they didn't have a loaner for me later I got it started tried to go to work car cut off of the highway. they are closed on the weekend so my car was stuck on the highway I didn't have money to get it towed again so state police towed it , called Monday they went and picked it up told me I would have to pay 200 for towing fees plus 500 to get the car repaired plus my car payment I asked could I be put in a different car because I do not feel safe they said they would talk to the owner and steve apologized saying this doesn't normally happen with their cars. The owner never called for 2 weeks I kept calling trying to speak with him finally talk to him and he told me he could not put me in a new car but I would have to pay another down payment if I wanted a new car because I only HAD MY CAR FOR LESS THEN 6 MONTHS!!!! or I can pay the 500 plus 200 plus my car payment that was now due which was over 400 and another fee which was my ticket so that I was not worried about I understood that, so now they expect me to pay all this when I haven't been to work because of the car Which I been bringing in multiple times so I would not be with out a car and to get the problem fixed I paid for things that wasn't even wrong with the car so NOW I LOST MY JOB AND MY CAR THANKS TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE OWNER COULD CARE LESS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! by the way Steve is great too it was not his fault it was the owner of the company
