My family and I have been going to this shop for YEARS and I can say that Carlos is a good and honest mechanic. He has always done his best efforts to fix anything I have brought into the shop regardless how big or small and his wife is super helpful with any questions I have! I don't trust many mechanics but I know my vehicle is in safe hands with Carlos and that he will do his best to fix any issues at a reasonable cost!

Failed inspection and stated needed to get new tires. Went to get new tires and was told tires were ok for inspection. Was just trying to get money out of me. Called to talk about issue and didn’t have good customer service.

Worst mechanic shop ever. I made an appointment for 11:30 and front desk lady wasn’t even there, waited in my car about 30 minutes until the actual mechanic said to give him my keys. Waited in the office 40 minutes for him to come out and tell me all the parts that needed fixed, then waited another 30 minutes for them to calculate the total which was 1,100 for repairs for the safety portion of the inspection. Parts were about 500 and they wanted labor to be 600. Insane amount of money for a car I barely drive and is great shape. Tried to over charge me for every little thing. They will scam you for your money and they’re very unprofessional. Trust me, save your gas and money and do not go there. Went to another mechanic and only paid 230 for actual parts that needed to be replaced.

I take my car and all my friends go to see Carlos who is a master mechanic. And Carlos is an honest and upfront mechanic who will fix exactly that which needs to be fixed at the lowest possible price.

Unless you are Spanish, they are shady as can be. Took my truck in for repair, got it back with my cel light still on $600 later, he left sensors unhooked or hooked up wrong so I'd have to come back. Avoid this shop at all cost unless you want to be robbed blind. There are many better, honest shops in the area.
