This business just sent out letters to its customers stating that starting January 1, 2020, the monthly rate to park a camper will increase by 75% per month. This is a shocking increase to say the least. In conversation with the owner, Terry Jackson, he felt justified to make this huge increase with his existing customers. His justification was: the market can bare it, other competitors charge that much, he has a waiting list of other potential customers, etc. When suggested that this was bad business to increase an existing customer's rate 75%, he reverted back to his reasoning as listed above. The current rate is $43.50 per month and he is raising the monthly rate to $76 per month. I tried to reason with this owner but it was a dead end. This company is not interested at all with customer service or with retaining their current customers. Terry Jackson is only interested in gouging his customers for all he can get. This is very sad that a local business in the Loganville PA area demonstrates these shocking and bad business practices.
