I just dropped off a package and like a dummy, I waited in line. Had I just looked account (& read), I would've known that I could walk in, drop my package and be out as fast as I arrived.

I used to have a very high rating of FedEx but they picked up a dishwasher from my home that I had very willingly was able to return to the company I had it perfectly boxed piloted the way I got it and the gentleman that picked it up from my home pulled it out the door flipped it to the ground and if it wasn't damaged before I got it now I know how it got damaged but he totally damaged it the rest of the way that I don't believe it was recognizable as a dishwasher when they got it at the point of sending which was Montgomery Wards FedEx you need to pick up and give you your customers better quality service
