Unwelcoming, not knowledgeable about policies, the cashier "basheba" had a horrible attitude and tossed my receipt after I asked for it back. They didn't have anything in stock. Overall I felt uncomfortable and annoyed leaving this store.

I was standing in line behind 3 straight customers who were arbitrarily denied sales by the store manager. The customers were being respectful while the manager’s demeanor was straight up hostile/disrespectful towards them. Whatever bias he had against the customers, they are supporting a retailer w their money. That’s no way to run a business. So my sons and I went to the foot locker upstairs. Not stepping foot in that Finish Line again unless they get more professional management.

I went in to get my son a GS Jordan 1 Mid. He has always had his eye on them. They accused me of being a reseller and made up funny excuses to prevent me from buying them. I will call corporate and get them fired. We felt like we were being treated unequally because we are black, and later when i asked why they kicked me out.

4 people working and no one would help assist me. So I had to go up and ask someone. The employee who did help me was on his phone the whole time. Then When I got my shoes to try on I had a female worker stare me down with a rude look. I decided I wasn’t going to spend my hard earned money there and left.
