THEIVES! They stole the wheel lock key and then lied to the police about it. Is the wheel lock expensive, no. Can it be replaced, yes. Was it inexcusable and dishonest as hell for the girl to steal it and lie about it multiple times, ABSOLUTELY! Now we can’t even get the tires replaced until we can replace the wheel lock key. DO NOT TRUST ANY PLACE THAT WOULD LET SOMEONE ACT LIKE THAT ON THEIR PAYROLL! If I could leave negative stats I would.

This location used to take great care of me. I took a lot of vehicles there but they basically turned my sons truck away. I just wanted to get a ball joint checked out but they told me they can't figure it out. I took it apart in my driveway to figure out it was a lower ball joint.
My biggest problem is the last 2 sets of tires. They are 80k mile tires which are Bridgestone Alenza Ultra AS. 285/45/22. They wear down so fast. I got about 80k total out of 2 sets. I am not even going to bother to go back because I was told if I didn't get all my tire rotations done there, they won't warranty them.
Such a shame.

Unprofessional technician. I had more issues after the technician (Joey) performed car inspection and oil change. Car started to give rattling sound. Air pressure in tires are filled incorrectly (in reverse order). When asked the lady at the front desk, she said that the technician had to leave for the day, and those issues cannot be fixed till the next day. Wheel socket caps were left in the car without fixing them to the wheels. He didn't even fix the AC.

This place is a scam. I went in before for an oil change and when I was leaving, my car started to smoke. Little did I know, they spilled oil all over the inside of my car on the engine. Second, I took my car in one time for an inspection and they said their “system was down” seemed totally fake to me. When they see a woman, they take advantage of.

I wish I could give a zero the star for this place. Been going there for many years but this and last year has been absolutely horrible. Dropped off my car to get it inspected. Came back an hour later and they told me that the state inspection was down. Never bothered to call or let me know. Scheduled for the next day. Dropped it off in the morning. Keys were in the Dropbox. Went to pick it up and wasn't done again. (I believe when I called and rescheduled they never put it in the schedule, they forgot) This is the third time I had issues with this place and I can't believe I kept going back. The one time they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my Jeep.

Very unprofessional. Was given a written quote for service, went to schedule the work and was told it would be $11.00 more for shop supplies that I may OR NOT need. I will take my business elsewhere.
And at the same time I scheduled an oil change, was told it would be "35 to 40 minutes". After 50 minutes it was still not done and three female employees at the counter did not care and I was late for work. No explanation or apology. I will not return to Firestone with this type of poor customer service.

Tire change Appointment was for 11am. I arrived around 10:15, signed in and gave them the keys. Expected car to go in at least 11-11:30. Nope. 11:45? Nope. 12? Nope. But 1:15 rolls around and my car is still out front where I parked it. Meanwhile 6-7 other people have came and had service and left. One lady had an appointment for 11 and her car was in within 30 min of being there.

I’ve never had any issues with work done here and staff especially the manager (Starts with a J, but I have some memory issues, not quite as bad as Biden though). I’ve been going here for 5 years for state inspections and tires for our car and jeep. Most of the low reviews can be ignored it’s people wanting their hooptie made like new for $5. Edit - sadly, I had to edit this review, last week I was here to have snow tires switched on and the unidirectional tires were mounted in the wrong direction on the rear of the vehicle. Everything I searched on the internet and speaking with friends this is a bad plan causing increased tire wear, decreased traction etc. Had to take a day off from work to get this resolved. Today (12/2/24), I checked in at 09:00 with Hannah, fairly gross indifference to the situation. Sadly, after 6 or so years it appears I am looking for a different place to deal with tires and minor mechanical issues.

On 10/15 I scheduled an appointment for 10/22. I needed an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was dropped on on 10/21, the day before appointment. They confirmed the services, phone number and what time I needed the car, which was 4pm the the next day (24 hours). Around 3pm since I didn't hear anything, I assumed all went good and car would be ready. I called just in case and I was told my car was currently on the lift. Blatantly was lied to. I arrived at 4:15 to pick up my car and the rude store manager said, did anyone call you to tell you it was done? I responded with I was told at 3 pm it was on the lift. 24 hours later, they never touched my car, cared to communicate that they couldn't get to it. The only resolution was to re-schedule. NO!!!!!!!! After 24 years here, see you later. The poor customer service doesn't win in my book. I highly suggest never taking your car there despite positive reviews. Constant excuses, only have 1 inspection tech, we are down employees, turnover....that is not my problem. A simple phone call may have helped. I had to run people out of their way twice to accommodate a ride for me. What's the point of making an appointment? Good luck!

This place is a complete scam. Took over 2 hours to do a simple state inspection with no services. Told me I needed to spend $1,800 in pointless services to pass inspection. Said I needed 4 new tires (I just purchased tires from them in may). The store did not give me my inspection results with their fake measurements on it, took it somewhere else and passed inspection with ease while having great measurements on tires and breaks. Also left my car in the parking lot rested up against a curb due to it being a manual and they didn’t pull up the parking break. After all this they still charged $90.

Great customer service. Always looking out for the customer. They will only sell you what you need. Always communicating the progress and your options in a way that is easy to understand
