If I could give them zero stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such terrible banking customer service. It was obvious from the start that she was miserable and didn’t feel like doing her job white lady who works there thinks it’s ok to go back and forth with a customer over something that was none of her business….someone needs to teach her better customer service manners. Don’t go there! QUEEN STREET BRANCH is so much better. Everyone is so nice. We went there and took care of what needed to be done with no excuses what so ever or disrespect!

The teller who helped me after I foolishly left my card in the ATM was really helpful and friendly. There were one or two complications but she managed them easily. Thank you!

Hands down the worse bank I've ever used! Over draft fees constantly ! Even though my account had money and think calling in will change anything all they say is they will submit a complaint to the branch but the branch does absolutely nothing about it in fact they convince you how it's your fault and not theirs

Don't take my word for it!!! Read the reviews, google the name....it's the absolute worst bank in Pennsylvania. This bank offers nothing...except rude, slow employees with very lacking training. The only reason they have any customers at all is because they inherited them from their merger. WORST BANK EVER. Pull out your money and RUN!

Woman who answered phone around 11am on 4/14/2022, was SO rude and unprofessional. Unbelievable… don’t bank with FNB. Sorry, no disrespect intended but If employees can act like this, how can we trust this bank? M&T is by far the best!

Worst bank experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service over the phone. If your military or a military spouse STAY AWAY from this bank. I've had my card blocked more than 6 times in a month even when I filled out an authorization form for using my debit card in different countries. I would highly recommend using a different bank no matter who you are.

if i could give this place a 0 i would. been with this bank all the way through commerce and metro and now first national and this is BY FAR THE WORST BANK YOU COULD EVER SIGN UP TOO. horrible condensing customer service with the most rude tellers i have ever spoken too. everyone there should be fired and i am in the process of switching banks after 10+ years of being there. also they charge for EVERYTHING POSSIBLE

I have had MULTIPLE problems with online banking not working correctly or not working AT ALL over the past few years. When I call the main call-center, I am put on hold for 20 or more minutes. If it were not so difficult to change all of our automatic bill paying I would switch banks in a heartbeat.

The ATMs are down almost 100% of the time. Including both the drive-thru and foyer/lobby. Actively seeking another bank to handle my personal and business accounts.
