On 4/19/23, I went into the York Crossing Drive branch to obtain a temporary debit card because my original debit card was lost/stolen on 4/15/2023.There were two bank tellers (Kylie & Taylor) who assisted me with my situation. There were some issues @ the bank with their computer (Kylie attempted to link my debit card with both of my accounts), so they told me to wait 15 minutes after I got home to activate my card. I actually waited an hour to activate my card.Later on I went to CVS Pharmacy, I attempted to make a purchase and retrieve $40.00 cash back and my debit card was declined twice (w/me having almost $300.00 on the card). On 4/20/2023, I called the branch & the bank teller {Taylor} who I spoke to stated that "the back office had closed out my debit card this morning." When I asked her why, she said "she did not know." I asked "if she could provide me with a telephone number to the back office or to let me speak to her manager or supervisor" and she yelled @ me stating that "she didn't have a number to provide & that she was a supervisor."She was very rude & very unprofessional. She yelled that "I would just have to come back into the branch to get another debit card."So I yelled back to her that "coming back into that branch would be an inconvenience for me and my husband because he works 2 jobs" (he gets off his 1st job @ 3:00pm and has to be at his 2nd job by 4:30pm), so I would be visiting another branch. The telephone conversation/call ended. I hung up and I called the customer service number, found out why my debit card was closed out and filed a complaint against Taylor.Sidenote: I would like to explain myself by saying that the reason I yelled back @ Taylor [which is really no excuse on my behalf because I am usually professional] is because today is my sister Donna's birthday and she passed away. So, Taylor IF you are reading this review I am publicly saying that "I TRULY apologize for my part this morning", but you didn't make it any easier for me. I say this because being a supervisor, you could have attempted to provide me with more information regarding my situation than you did!

Don't take my word for it!!! Read the reviews, google the name....it's the absolute worst bank in Pennsylvania. This bank offers nothing...except rude, slow employees with very lacking training. The only reason they have any customers at all is because they inherited them from their merger. WORST BANK EVER. Pull out your money and RUN!

I strongly agree with the opinions of others on here. This was originally Commerce Bank. I did a lot of research on every bank in the area before I opened my account because I knew what I wanted. They were the BEST! When it was aquired by Metro Bank, I wasn't thrilled because I was spoiled by Commerce. Eventually, I was ok with them. I have now given FNB MORE than ample time to get it together. Their hours have only decreased and customer service has gotten worse. Who doesn't have some kind of customer service outside of regular business hours? That's practically what the customer service hours are. I may as well just call the branch!!! If I had time, I would have been at a new bank a long time ago!

This bank has not been the same since FNB bought out Metro due to all the reasons listed in other reviewers posts. My complaint is that no one at the teller counter can apparently issue a gift card and there were only 2 customer service reps there yesterday, and approx 5 people in line to see them, and the one had about 20 loan documents to go over with someone. Why can't they move some of the processes to the tellers so the customers can get out of there faster.

Absolutely the worst customer service. When I called in I was directed to a call center. They spoke to me like I was an idiot. The institution over all doesn't care about customer service! They are all about charging you for everything, and often doubling the "fees" without explanation!

I'm overall not a fan of FNB but I will say this branch is by far better than the other locations. Go out of my way to be waited on by Justin. He is so nice, personable and funny. I see management in that man's future!

Their mobil banking app is a rather clunky piece of work. Should you accidently forget your password you have to call them to change it. No way to reset it manually. Their customer service is a rather messy joke. Waited on the phone line for 45 minutes just for someone to tell me they couldn't help me. Thanks guys. And to top it off if you are unlucky enough to need a new bank or debit card it will take them around three months to get you one. Worst bank experience I've ever had.

On line banking and teller service are fine. No hidden fees or unscrupulous behavior like Wells and the other big banks. Fairly widespread locations of branches. Wish evening hours were more available instead of closing at 5pm.

Hands down, the worst bank. I can never access my online banking because it's always under maintenance. Everything about this bank is a joke. I'm honestly hoping they get bought out by another bank.

This Bank went downhill since they took over from Metro Bank. $3.50 ATM fees if it's not theirs, fees for everything and the overall customer service is subpar. So glad I left there and went to PNC where your treated better and has been a better banking experience overall. I'll never do business with this Bank again.
