The drive thru atm never works and then you try to use the atm in the lobby and the door won't unlock even after scanning your bank card to unlock it. Absolutely ridiculous how often this happens!!!!!

Do not get an account here I have one here trust me not worth it Saturday they open late to close early before 12:00 and the afternoon if you go through drive-thru you will be waiting as if you made a order on a lunch menu currently looking for their replacement

Their overdraft system is absolute robbery. Even if you have money scheduled to come in on the same day if it's not there the minute (literally mintues) before the charge is taken out, you get charged an overdraft fee. Their charges processing process is a wreck and causes more damage and hassle then its worth. Looking for a new bank, I'm tired of it.

The tellers are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, and courteous. It's not always convenient to go into the bank, but sometimes it's the best choice. In the end, they make it a positive experience.

Please do not trust this bank with your money. They do not value their customers at all. They charged me $456 in overdraft fees after I explained to them I was admitted in the hospital with a medical mental emergency. I requested to speak to the branch manager and I was told she would call me. She called after 48 hours and stated she couldn’t do anything for me since they previously refunded one overdraft fee. I requested to speak to the district manager. I was told they would call me within 48 hours. That never happened so after a week of waiting to hear from the district manager I decided to email managers from their website. Unfortunately the marketing manager called me the next day and she was the most unprofessional person I’ve spoken to at Fnb. She was impolite and didn’t offer to explain the charges to me. I stated I would be closing my account since they are treating me this way after banking with them for years. She didn’t say anything. I have went to the bank twice to close my account and both times I’m being told I can’t close it because I have a pending deposit. This is untrue but I now know they are in business to make their customers suffer in any way they see fit. They’re a lot of great banks in York don’t trust this bank to do any business with if you want to be treated with any kind of respect

I guess they don't support small businesses. I needed $30 in change for some cash sales and they refused because I didn't have an account? That's ok PNC just got my personal checking n savings, my business checking, my entire families accounts, plus I have an appointment to set up credit card processing and a new business credit card...see what you lost over $30.

Terrible service. I would highly recommend searching for a new bank. I've had my card blocked more times than I can count and calling customer service is horrible as well. Most call wait times are around 30 minutes to receive any help.
