I bought some items there, when I went to the counter, my one item was having a scanning issue. She said this item is not scanning so I cannot give it to you. I told her you can see the price is $3.99 for this item, I have bought another item that was also for $3.99, so you can scan that item because the price is same. But she refused to do that and did not give me. I was very disappointed because I needed that item. I guess she was the Manager.

Fairly clean and well organized. Some isles are a very tight squeeze. I appreciate being welcomed when I walked in.

We just moved from Hawaii and spent $168 here on winter clothes for our family. Great selection! Manager Franchesca was very rude probably because it was close to closing time by the time we checked out but again we bought an entire cart load of clothing and it was in business hours. She refused to price something for me that was missing a tag. She said that it was not her job and that she had other people in the back that did that for her. I commented that this was the first Goodwill that hadn’t given me a price on a piece of clothing missing a tag but she had no reply. She also had her back to me and did not look at me once while speaking to me. It was pretty outrageous.

Coming here for 4+ years now, good finds. Love the weekly deals. They should bring their old prices back and give the cashiers chairs though. Chairs don’t disrupt good work. Easy donation process.

I walked into this location and the lady at the counter just stared at me. I said “hello” and she said nothing. That was enough for me to take my money elsewhere. I immediately left.

Poor customer service. I went shopping for a dress for a character that my daughter will play at school this week. I still had 15 minutes left and I ask if my daughter can try the dress. The person in charge said we are going to close soon and there is someone in the changing room. I stated I don't see anyone and she said well we are close for the day. When checking out and buying the dress , the gentlemen in the register didn't even bother placing the item in a bag. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

Ur smoking somthing with ur prices used shoes for kids size 7y 30$?? They donated them so some one in need would be able to afford them but you messed that up never donating to you again probably won’t ever be back to shop cooperate should look into this location because somthing is WRONG.
